I order online for pickup at the drive thru window. Never had a problem and the food is fresher than most other fast food restaurants. The staff has always been friendly and all of my “special” orders were made properly every time. I recommend this Sonic over most of the other ones I’ve been to
There was an extended delay in receiving my order, and when it finally arrived, it was not at the appropriate temperature. I had specifically requested that it be freshly prepared and hot, which resulted in an additional ten-minute wait.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got two Ultimate Meat & Cheese Burritos and a Chili Cheese Tots. Our Burritos were freshly cooked...the best from Sonic I've had since well before 2020. Great job, folks!
