slow but its sonic they dont go with the time it says on the screen
I went to the north Broadway sonic and wanted to get an ice cream. I waited 20 minutes before I was allowed to order, and then waited a half hour for this one cup of ice cream to come out and it never did. i tried repeatedly to remind yall i was there, to no avail. in the time I was there, three sets of people came and parked on either side of me and ordered food and got it and left. i finally got angry and left. i will not be back. my money is as green as anyone else's...read full review
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. They charged my food, AND SOMEONE ELSES food on my card. My food came out after 20 minutes hard and cold, and then this girl who worked there actually tried to blame the situation on me. I go to sonic a lot, but I will NEVER be back at this location. Also, while I was there, another lady was waiting for over 10 minutes with the red button pushed without even being acknowledged. Terrible service. Just go on down the road...read full review
