I ordered a 6 inch Coney dog with tops and a sweet tea. All of my food was cold. I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. Waiting for it when I asked the girl for hot tots. She threw my tots back into the prayer and then handed me. A grease soaked bag would not recommend this place. To

Not crazy about the traffic getting in and out of this location, but the excellent service and stellar food make it "worth it".If you haven't tried the new Sonic Smashers, I highly recommend them! And this location does them very well! In fact, everything I've tried at this location was better than many other Sonic locations in town.If you're in the area, don't miss this one!

Often when i go to home depot or lowes i get a milkshake for my wife from here. Every time... im waiting for 20 minutes. Sonic is lucky she likes the shake so much
Placed an online order. One hour later and they still haven't made my food. I don't know why Sonic corporate allows this franchise location to stay open. Check out the other reviews. Hands down the worst fast food place in Knoxville.

They could use some new training!!!! So me n my step dad just left there like 20 mins ago he ordered my grandma a strawberry Milkshake I had the new chocolate strawberry milkshake and there wasn’t even any strawberries. I called and idk who the chick was that answered but was very polite tried to say they use a strawberry purée . But even if was a purée you’d still have a strawberry taste and it would be pink. Heck I used to work there yes it’s sorta a purée but you’d still have strawberry chunks in it. The carhop was so sweet she did make a mistake but that okay she fixed it but her manger was rude af about looked out the door where she dropped the tots bc they didn’t prep her tray right like the drink make is supposed to do it fell not all just tots and the “manager” rolled her eyes and Ik she had an attitude with the girl. The so call “manager” was on the phone out side walking next to the cars cussing someone out loud af. They don’t put any peanut butter in they new peanut butter bacon sandwich
