Food took 30 minutes to come out and all of it was stale and cold
If you are a DoorDasher avoid this place at all costs they do not care about your delivery my boyfriend was doing a delivery and I was in the car with him and they refused to help him and made him wait in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes without any help other than telling him we would have to wait. DoorDash cancelled the order and also marked the sonic as unhelpful limiting the orders they would get from DoorDash
Every time I order from here, it takes forever. Pick up is slower than usual but, delivery is even worse. Had 3 different drivers cancel on me because the restaurant took too long. As of now, both businesses (sonic and Uber eats) will be losing business

If you are a doordasher avoid this location at all costs they do not care about doordashers they do not care about your completion rate they do not care if you don't make money by sitting there waiting they want you to wait 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and still be ignoring you and then they get mad when you ask them again if you can get help on the order you are there for then they threaten to block you from all sonic locations

Chicken tenders were tripled fried and dry. Not good
They whited out the windows so you can't see what they are doing to your burger.
This is what they did to my burger , handed it to me with grease dripping from the bag.

Order a blood orange slushy got a cup of ice and the just dumped a redbull in it and my wife order a lemon berry slush and got just a cup of strawberry paid 12 dollars for this very disappointing!!!

We’ve been loyal customers of the Sonic on Mountain Grove Drive in Knoxville for quite some time and have always had good experiences—until today. Unfortunately, this visit was so disappointing and disrespectful that we feel compelled to share what happened.
We went through the drive-thru and ordered two orders of cheese sticks and an order of onion rings. After paying, we sat at the window for 10 minutes without receiving our food. We could actually see our bag of food sitting on the counter, but the employee working the window ignored it completely.
After several minutes, my husband politely said through the closed window, “Can we have our food? It’s sitting right there.” Eventually, the employee handed us the bag and muttered something under his breath before immediately closing and locking the window. When my husband asked, “What did you just say to me?” the employee responded through the glass but we still could not hear what he was saying. My husband then said, “Open the window and say that again.” At that point, I asked him to drive away so we could speak with the manager.
As we were pulling away, the employee flipped us off through the drive-thru window. We were shocked and honestly upset by how unprofessional and aggressive this behavior was. We immediately called the store and spoke to the manager, who was apologetic and said she would address the issue. She asked if there was anything she could do to make it right, and we told her we weren’t looking for compensation—just to make sure she was aware of how her staff was behaving.
We don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience crossed the line. We hope the issue is taken seriously so no one else is treated this way.
