The GM Sarah is wonderful. After dealing with the sonic app customer service for several weeks about a refund we were finally able to get the problem resolved directly at the store. Sarah is a great store manager and went above and beyond to make this situation right. So because of the great customer service I got from Sarah I will be back to this location in the future.
Parked and ordered dbl cheeseburger, footlong qtr lb coney, tater tots, heath blasting a ? shake. Order only took 13 min. To arrive on a Saturday night. Great food. Cheeseburger was not hot but very warm, still good. Tater tots real hot. 7 pm.
I don't visit Sonic often and when I do it's in a limited number of locations. This is definitely one of the better ones in my area. The staff is not always the friendliest, but the food is good.
