I have been to this sonic for a late night shake three times in the last three weeks. I don’t go all the time but I do like it as a late night treat. By late night I mean between 8pm to 9:30. Nothing later than 9:30. So not incredibly late. All three times the service has been terrible. It has taken at least thirty minutes EACH time for me to receive ONE shake but tonight it took them the longest - over 40 minutes. I will not be back to this location after tonight.
The one of Kingston Pike close to UT campus is horrible. Me and my boyfriend came here earlier tonight, and we had to get our food remade three times because it was wrong. Also, we had to keep reminding them that we were still waiting on our food after about 15 min passed each time. Eventually, we just asked for our money back because it was still wrong.
