This is the third time now that i've had to get in line.Because my coffee is made incorrectly.What's the point in using the mobile order app? Then, all the gentlemen behind the counter are somber.Obviously don't care about being at work.And then I have to watch you fumble around to register all the while I ordered my drink like ten minutes ago on the app and i'm standing here holding it watching you do other things because you made it incorrectly, your priority should have been like, oh obviously this person already has paid for their beverage and it's assuming wrong

Also, the people that work there, we had no clue there’s a football game in a giant SEC football town. For the life of us, we can’t understand why we’re so busy and did not plan on this. You get the employee to cater to.

This week I visited the Starbucks located inside the Hilton Knoxville several times. Each visit, the service was consistently friendly and fast. I ordered a Trenta Black Iced Tea on multiple occasions, and each time the drink was made just right.
What stood out was how efficient the staff were. Even on one morning when the line was long, the wait time was still short, and I had my order quickly. The team working here clearly knows how to keep things moving while still being welcoming.
Overall, a solid Starbucks location with great staff and reliable service.

Located inside the Hilton Knoxville. Ordered an Iced Carmel Macchiato and and egg white wrap with feta. Wrap was ok, had to wait awhile for it to cool, too much ice in the macchiato, and took longer than expected. Staff was pleasant. There is seating outdoors on the patio.

Coffee was great but unfortunately no places to sit inside unless.
