This is the third time now that i've had to get in line.Because my coffee is made incorrectly.What's the point in using the mobile order app? Then, all the gentlemen behind the counter are somber.Obviously don't care about being at work.And then I have to watch you fumble around to register all the while I ordered my drink like ten minutes ago on the app and i'm standing here holding it watching you do other things because you made it incorrectly, your priority...
This week I visited the Starbucks located inside the Hilton Knoxville several times. Each visit, the service was consistently friendly and fast. I ordered a Trenta Black Iced Tea on multiple occasions, and each time the drink was made just right.

Literally the nicest people work here. Every time I go there’s a different rotation of staff working but they’re all so nice!! Love you all, thank you for good coffee & kindness!!!
