Waited over 40 minutes for 2 coffees after ordering online beforehand. I will not go back to this location. Very poor service.
I waited 40 minutes for my drink, 30 of which was spent just waiting in the drive through line. That wait alone is unacceptable, but to top it off, when I got to the window I was ignored by the employee with the earbud in their ear who proceeded to change a trash and not wash their hands. I sat at the window for minutes staring at my drink on the counter while this employee changed a trash, and then handed me my drink without even washing their hands. No customer connection, no care or concern for drive thru times, and no care for health code policy. I would not recommend stopping here if you have a life or somewhere to be.

I traveled from Canada and wanted to use my birthday coupon here by showing them the item on my Canadian Starbucks app. The two girls were so sweet and made my drink which is not available in the States. Thank you!

This is the second time now I have not gotten what I ordered. First time I asked for a sugar cookie Chai latte with whole milk and they gave me almond milk instead just because it's a featured item. The second time I clearly stated chai latte with Whole Milk. They gave me a regular coffee late with almond milk. Coffee makes my stomach hurt and almond milk gives it a bad taste. Stop being lazy and choosing the go to featured options and listen to what I ask. Someone could have an allergy

Is there a place to leave a 0? Sat in the lobby working for about 20 minutes, countless folks come in and order and receive their things. There are 3 employees working and then i go to order and am told they arent taking orders bc the lobby is closed due to one person leaving. Now they're kicking us out of the lobby. WHO OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT????????

Down 5 servers, people stacked everywhere, no calling out of the names, items piling up, wrong name on items, no clarification when asked b/c I didn't want to grab someone else's food, asked to tip before & can't get refund on tip after 30min wait, but no refund offered when food was now cold... Don't go there!

Always do mobile orders online so i can just get it and go but everytime i seem to use this location my drink is not even made till i say my name in the drive thru lane…which i have to wait another 10 min which is the whole point of a mobile order to avoid that. very annoying
