The barista’s attitude was awful—not only did they get my order wrong, but they also didn’t give me the cream I asked for. I ordered a drink with *cold foam*, and they claimed it ‘melted’ after just 3 minutes. Are you kidding me?! Omg!

I decided to write this review for Clay that was working at this location today. He is by far the best barista/cashier I have come across at any Starbucks I have been to in years, and I was just in the drive-thru! He is such a nice person, give this man a raise or promotion asap!!

This is a small-ish store with an atmosphere that felt like Starbucks used to in decades past. Busy, but extremely pleasant employees that were nice & respectful both to each other & customers. Liked the bathroom locks indicating vacant or not on the outside.

Don't come on a week night the lady was rude and gave me steaming hot coffee for a iced white chocolate mocha. Also don't order extra drizzle/cream ect they will charge but not give it to you. Also took 15 min and was the only person in the drive through and no customers inside either. Wasted 20$ DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION

Waited over 40 minutes for 2 coffees after ordering online beforehand. I will not go back to this location. Very poor service.

I waited 40 minutes for my drink, 30 of which was spent just waiting in the drive through line. That wait alone is unacceptable, but to top it off, when I got to the window I was ignored by the employee with the earbud in their ear who proceeded to change a trash and not wash their hands. I sat at the window for minutes staring at my drink on the counter while this employee changed a trash, and then handed me my drink without even washing their hands. No customer connection, no care or concern for drive thru times, and no care for health code policy. I would not recommend stopping here if you have a life or somewhere to be.
