UPDATE 8/25: Went back here because I had a gift card. The latte I had this time was very good! At least this Starbucks still has seating! I was in a hurry so wasn't able to sit down and enjoy my coffee there. The latte I ordered was not very good, something I've been experiencing at many Starbucks lately.

I walked in and the staff didn’t even acknowledge I was there. As I was standing at the cashier, waiting to be helped, no one said anything. Not hello. Not, “we’ll be with you in just a minute.” Nothing. They carried on a personal conversation about which gift they wanted. When they finally began taking my order, no apology. This is an increasing trend and it is very unfortunate. In very disappointed.

Arrived before closing hours, doors unlocked. Staff in back cleaning. Took a while before they realized they had customers. The worker who came to take our orders, I saw her cleaning the floor. She never washed her hands. She took the order. She made the drink and heated the sandwich without ever washing her hands. When my chance to order, I left. Disgusting.

Stopped here for coffee & a bite before we headed out on I75 to continue our trip home to Canada. Was greeted my a lovely young lady called PJ. When she found out we were from Canada, she called us neighbor as she is from Michigan originally. She made us feel welcome and started out day off right. We need more PJ's in this world. A memorable experience.

The drive thru took an abnormally long amount of time to get our stuff even at the window we waited anlong time. The Carmel frappe they gave my daughter had chunks of red fruit on the bottom of her cup that we didnt notice and it got all over her white soccer jersey and ruined it! Ugh! I wanted to call the store and tell them to wipe the counters because the worse case just happened! Ugh!

I like Starbucks because they've always let anyone just come in and chill, whether you're a customer or not, and they always have free wifi which I'm sure is helpful to some, but I just can't get over PAYING $5 FOR A DRINK lol

This is a pretty good Starbucks location! The coffee is good and the staff are friendly. However, they are a bit slow sometimes. But not as bad as a lot of other locations. My biggest complaint is that it can be difficult entering and exiting the parking lot. The setup is odd and you can’t see exiting because of their structure built around the garage dumpsters.

Gave this Starbucks a 4, 3 for atmosphere due to the tight space for the drive thru. Hard to maneuver a standard size pickup around the turn to get into that area. The white chocolate mocha with extra shot was spot on and the bacon Gouda egg sandwich was as good as other Starbucks. The drive-thru employee seemed as though she had been through a lot today, probably due to all the Christmas shoppers. Overall good experience other than the drive thru.
