Vegetarian options: I like that there are several options because I am a vegetarian and it is so nice that there is actually a sandwich available among many other choices
Parking: Always plenty of spots even up front spots everytime I go even Black Friday busy time
Cozy and warm. Besides the loud music, it prevents you from concentrating. Everyone is rattling dishes, which is also distracting. Delicious black coffee.

Love all the employeesI come every single day almost 2 times a day for over a year moved from Farragut to over this way way way friendlier love each and every single employee! Holiday became my very first Starbucks friend and still is she is a very good asset to Starbucks she definitely know her stuff!! And the rest are very nice every single one I can’t remember names! But I want my daughter to work there she turns 16 in October it be perfect for her.. and I am in Bussiness myself and whom ever is managing that particular Starbucks doing awesome the one on Campbell not hiring the right people at all I was going there for over 2 years!! I can clean that one up for you lol but I Love this ❤️ Starbucks!!

Ordered a 16oz hot chocolate through the app, warm temp with whole milk. It came out hot and there wasn't enough chocolate in there to know it was supposed to be a hot chocolate. There was chocolate on the outside of the cup, side and lid, though.
