3 cars in the drive through and they gave me the wrong coffee. I had to drive all the way back and they couldn't even muster an apology.2 stars since the original person who took my order was nice at least.

First: ive been going to this Starbucks for years now. If I could leave a zero or a negative number...I would!! Beyond livid. I don't leave bad reviews, but this one is must. Did a pre-order. 20 minutes later I show up to grab my drink...which I had a feeling someone else had taken it already. I show them my order on my phone... which then, 2 people say...it's actually at the Kroger next to us. I was surprised, but I was like, my bad and left. Went to the Kroger...the lady there was like...why did they tell you it's here. The address is their address. I told her, believe me, that's what I thought Before leaving the Kroger parking lot. I call them...I said, y'all just sent me over here to this Kroger and they said it's at your location where my drink should be. After figuring things out...she's like...yes come back and we will make you a new one. I said, can I just give you the drink details over the phone so it can be ready. She said, no. I was so livid at this point, cause here I have to go back to your location and now wait for y'all to remake my order. I get there, and sure enough, I had to get in line to tell them what my drink was. So I show her the details on my phone. She didn't write it down....she "memorized" it . I grab my remade drink...as I'm driving away... it's made with lemonade. At this point I was done with all of this BS. And decided to go home. Dealing with people that don't care and could care less they had me driving around and then make my drink wrong at the end...is exhausting!! I have a feeling...if I had an ounce of meanness in my blood... my drink would have been all over that Starbucks floor for them to clean up. Keep that in mind people...one day y'all will get the same energy y'all are giving off. If y'all don't care about your job or people...don't work there!!

Just wanted to take a moment to shout of the partners working on Saturday 10/21 ! I’m a visiting partner so I love to stop in to new stores whenever I’m out and about. I stopped into this location and immediately felt so welcomed by the team here. They were very busy but they were hustling the entire time from what I saw while I waited for my drink, which was not long at all. Make sure to take sometime to appreciate them because they truly deserve it !
I've never had the food and I only use the drive thru. While the service is excellent I just don't ever seem to get the correct drink coming through the window. I ALWAYS order the same thing a frappacino with 1 pump and a drizzle of chocolate across the whipped cream. Not very complicated but they never seem to master it. I'll a chocolate blob or a little coffee in the chocolate and even a cup that has had the cup lined in chocolate and an inch of it on the bottom.

they r on some pride strike rn, they are refusing to work, we went today to get drinks because my brother was getting his haircut next door and they are all waving pride flags and not serving anyone. they are yelling stuff at people driving by and its just really uncomfortable to be around.
