The younger girl with red hair and brown eyes is so rude. I made an order and the moment i walked away she looked at her co-worker and said “SO awkward.” Super unprofessional and insulting. Honestly makes me never want to order in-person again (ESPECIALLY from this location).

A tip for y'all: Grubhub takes significantly longer than just waiting in line since they only make 1 GrubHub order for every 10 orders taken at the register. I ordered when my class ended, and people that left my class at the same time as me and just waited in line and ordered at the register got their drinks/food 40 minutes before I finally got my order.Update: today I tried ordering grubhub 45 minutes ahead of time. I arrived at the Starbucks 40 minutes after placing my order, and as I walked in the door, got a notification that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I didn't have time to wait another 45 minutes to get another order, so guess I'm not getting any coffee today.It should not take an hour and a half to get an iced coffee. Do not order from this location.

I have no idea what's going on with the Starbucks on campus but at this point it's getting ridiculous. Nothing tastes right, everything seems off and this is what I noticed about my drink today. I don't know if the milk went bad or something happened, but I'm so tired of this sort of thing happening. All I want is a coffee and I stopped going to the one in the library because they were over charging me (I'd get non-fat milk and they'd charge me for a milk alternative which is non-dairy milk) and now the student Union does this? I just don't know what to do about it anymore.

I asked for a white chocolate frap made with cold brew coffee. I also stated I didn't want the whip creme on top. I was asked by the worker, Cooper, how she was suppose to make it without creme. I was shocked by her question and her attitudeI just didn't want the whip creme on topCooper made need more training in customer service and an attitude adjustment too.

The lady with the black hair and I think she was the manager they're she has attitude problem . She was the most disrespectful person I have ever come across working at UT. I'm a nurse in the hospital and I have to work long hours every day to get treated horribly. If you don't like you're job get a new one.

I ordered a banana loaf and waited around twenty minutes before eventually going up and asking about it. The woman at the register proceeded to roll her eyes and get the banana loaf. After no one acknowledging my long wait, I received my banana bread with what appeared to be residue from some other food splattered on the bread.
