coffee was good, but there's no where to sit!!! It was a chilly day in Knoxville, we had to go sit in the car. Of course, this wasn't the end of the world, but it was an unusual experience at Starbucks. Had we known that this was going to be the situation, we could have chosen another Starbucks that was only a tiny bit further away. Staff was friendly.
Slow service and they have a limited menu. But they do always get my order right!
there are several starbucks stores in knoxville, and we have stopped at all of them. they are all great, but this store seems more friendly! stop in and get your fav drink and say hello.
