My drink was perfect! Eva was so sweet and went the extra mile to make sure she understood my alteration and got it correct.
Multiple people ahead of me were missing things from their orders. Guy on cash register had no idea what he was doing. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and ended up with a caramel frappe.
Wanted to update: shout out to Micah working around 9am today. Even in the rush of the morning he apologized and fixed my order almost immediately. Definitely the hardest worker there

Yes it gets quite busy and yes sometimes there is a wait but the employees are friendly, professional, and work as quickly as possible to make sure you get your order correctly and quickly
