I have been a regular customer here for 2 years. 99% of the time I get great coffee. And today’s was great too except I paid for a grande white chocolate mocha and opened the cup upon delivery and it was only filled half way.
The Uber delivery was not issue, I even have proof the bag the drink was in was not tampered or altered in anyway.
Anyways, I work from home and have a kid so sometimes my only option is to get my coffee delivered.
Super disappointed and upset I can’t get my moneys worth because I used a 3rd party service to get my coffee.
I love

They are the best!!! Every time they recognize us and give a warm greeting.
Tried to place an order at 5 pm and was told they had closed at 4:30. I was initially going to order on the app and it was going to let me. There was nothing that said they were closed. I decided to order in person. They were supposed to be open until 7 pm. Sounds like the two workers were just lazy and wanting to go home early.
I love my Starbucks n its time for pumpkin
It's Starbucks
Dragon fruit drink is so refreshing
Bacon Gruyere egg bites are delicious. Always great coffee and great customer service.
The service and products are excellent. The parking is atrocious.
Never a line here! The baristas are so nice, and make really good drinks to provide me grocery-shopping fuel. Plus, I can get Kroger points when I get my coffee here. Mamas, you are foraging for your family! Go ahead and treat yourself ♡♡

This is the best local Starbucks! I have a good experience every time.
Great customer service and very friendly.
Excellent customer service and frapuchinos.
Took about 90 seconds to be acknowledged although there was no one in line. A new person was being trained and she kept looking over at me, as if she thought that whatever she was learning could possibly wait, but the trainer didn't stop for me. My order was to have been iced and I thought I said it, although it could've been my mistake, but regardless, the trainer said I needed to SPEAK UP. In advance, my Starbucks app said I couldn't order from my mobile for that store location, but it didn't say I couldn't get points and when I tried to scan my rewards there, the rep said that she couldn't scan it there because, "It's a corporate thing." I would have been ok with an actual answer, instead of finger pointing. I couldn't help but think that my entire experience that day was a power play by the trainer on the new-hire's behalf, but that's just speculation. I wouldn't have gone there at all if I'd known in advance I couldn't get rewards.
Interesting history! Good guides and character players. Thank you for your efforts to portray history!
