I went into downtown Knoxville to Starbucks to use my gift card. I saw online that there was a lot of seating and walked in and there was barely anything so I was confused but the deal is that if you buy coffee, you can sit in the hotel lobby area next-door, which is absolutely spacious, quiet, and beautiful.
