They monitor how long you are in the bathroom. They will come knock, tell you it is taking too long and tell you to get out. I was in there less than 5 minutes. Some people have disabilities, medical conditions and incontinence issues that might take longer than 5 minutes. A paying customer shouldn't get harassed while in the restroom.

I always ask for classic sweetener in my iced coffee. It only happens at this Starbucks. They never put it in. They always say "iced coffee comes with it." Huge disappointment when you drive away and your coffee is unsweetened when you ask for sugar.

Just stopped here to grab my morning latte and my mother a hat tea. The girl behind the counter was very rude and short with me. When I was laying the card machine offered cash back and she made me feel like it was an inconvenience to give it to me. She very rudely said well it'll have to be all 5s and then I'll be out. I apologized for the inconvenience and as she is counting out the money she whispers s*it under her breath. On top of all this she never greeted me or said have a good day or thank you for coming.. very poor customer service

Ordered a dirty chai before work today so nice to not have to wait 30 mins in drive thru i had amazing conversation and my drink was the best chai I've ever had. Great service! very kind barista name was (lynda or lindsay) and quality and fast despite her appearing to be the only person working. i felt welcome and still was on my way and got to work early. My new go to in the mornings.
