I’ve been getting my breakfast, lunch, & even cravings at this Starbucks location on Chapman Hwy for almost five years now just for these specifically three reasons great customer service, always getting everything I ask for even if it’s my very specific brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, & the most friendliest workers. I really like how everyone in this store specifically always have made my orders with no problem or giving food half cooked like the others not to name any stores but I’d like to spread awareness about it so the Starbucks that’s bad which is Cumberland Ave they absolutely are disgusting don’t go there unless you get a drink. I am so glad I found this place this is the best Starbucks in Knoxville I really think the Chapman store is amazing I hope this review they read and get to gloat about being amazing plus I love tipping everyone their bc they deserve it they are phenomenal with service so if you want Starbucks go to this location bc they are amazing they’ll make sure you get it how you like it with no problem plus make sure to tip fairly as well!

Mer is on the mic most mornings very early between 6:30 AM and 7 AM, and she is always a pleasure and always very professional. I was surprised to see that she was as young as she was when I got to the window. It's absolutely wonderful to see the work ethic in the younger generation today, thank you Mer and may God bless you.

Had a terrible experience with one of the employees. She was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I didn't catch her name, but she might be a manager, because she seemed to be overly concerned with bossing the rest of the employees around instead of helping me. She had sandy hair and a black apron. Never coming back to this location. Do better!

I go to Starbucks DAILY, yesterday was my first time going to this location and they were so nice. My coffee was perfect i will definitely stop by there again when I'm out that way.

For the amount of money that we pay for a coffee at this establishment, we should not be handed a cup that is leaking, with coffee all over the side and coffee all over the lid. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy. This makes a disaster of our hands, our clothing, and our vehicles.
