Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Waited 25-30 mins for coffee just for them to tell me they didn’t have change for my $50 bill and to not receive coffee after I waited for so long.

Stacy was absolutely wonderful! I stopped in on Red Cup Day, and despite how busy it was, she stood by the pickup counter greeting everyone with a smile and making sure each person got exactly what they ordered. Her kindness and attentiveness made such a difference during a hectic morning. Stacy truly exemplifies what great customer service should look like: friendly, caring, and genuinely engaged with every customer.

I stood in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting to be served by an employee. Staff looked in my general direction multiple times and refused to ask if I needed anything. I did not receive the breakfast sandwich I ordered via the mobile app. Do not recommend.

I ordered ahead on the app, picked up my Venti Caffe Verona with a splash of cream and 2 pumps of peppermint syrup in the drive thru, and I'm glad I opened it to taste. It was water with creamer mixed in. I parked, went inside, and showed the person working the counter, and she made me a new one. I asked her to leave it black so that I could add my own creamer. It still tastes terrible. Watered down coffee and the peppermint syrup tastes like sugar free syrup. No wonder Starbucks is closing stores. Very disappointing for the price. I'm confused how someone can ADD CREAMER to a coffee that looks like water! How did they not LOOK at it while adding the creamer? I didn't tip on the app when I ordered because I always tip cash at the window ($1 on a $3.22 cup of coffee after using 25 stars for the syrup add in). It makes me think it was given to me on purpose. The quality has really gone downhill.
