I’ll be honest. Ordering a venti and then getting there and having 2 regular cups bc they are out of venti lids is frustrating. Not only frustrating what a waste of materials all due to someone’s inability to order enough lids.

Don’t go here. It said online they were open but their indoor area was locked. We were at Lynnhurst cemetery and I was having a bladder emergency so we drove to Starbucks because we can always count on Starbucks for a good experience getting some food, coffee, and a potty break. We frequent Starbucks usually at least twice a week and more on roadtrips but did not know this area or this Starbucks. But one of the things we love about Starbucks is the consistent customer experience, great customer service, and clean open restrooms always available. I could see the drive through was open and we wanted to go through it and order food and coffee for everyone, but I had to go potty desperately so needed to take care of that first. I called and asked if I could just come in and use the bathroom quick and the guy said he would ask the manager and put me on hold for a few minutes and then just click hung up or something dropped out so since I was unsure which I called back and they did not pick up so must have been that they hung up. I could clearly see the drive through window and they could see me the whole time I was on hold. So I approached the window and asked the young woman if I could use the bathroom and she said no. Told me to go to a gas station. Or Hooters. So we took our business elsewhere. If we had been in line in the drive through we could have had their attention and help for a couple of minutes but otherwise they could not be bothered with us. We were disappointed but managed to make it to a gas station bathroom. This location is having staffing and training/management issues and is not a good representation of the Starbucks brand. Avoid it.

The best thing about this Starbucks is that they have wi-fi. The employees are not patient at all and try to rush you through ordering and it's very expensive and the drinks are not ever mixed very well and I usually get the strawberry frappuccino there was large chunks of ice still in it and there was minimal flavor. I've never been a huge fan of Starbucks because I think it's overpriced and overrated, but I had a gift card so I went and will not go back.

There was a bug (likely a knat) in my sugar plum danish, very disgusting and disappointing. I myself work at a Starbucks and i understand having knats, but not in the food or beverage that’s served to customers. The bug was in my danish and I picked it up to confirm it was a bug and laid it back on the my bag. Very gross, get it together

I recently visited Starbucks and was delighted by the welcoming atmosphere from the staff. The exceptional service from the manager Mr. Jeff the store manager who went out of his way to get to know me and ensure I had everything I needed. The warm, inviting environment and outstanding service made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back for more than just the coffee!

If you go inside they just ignore you and serve everyone on drive thru 5:20 pm ordered a caramel Frappuccino and at 5:36 they gave it to me and wasn’t even busy just unbelievable
