Best store in the area if you want Starbucks. The atmosphere is nearly perfect (the acoustics are a bit echoey, but that’s a minor complaint), the service is top-notch, and the location is reasonably quiet despite being near a highway. They always get my order right and I never have any issues with their service.
Kailei is the sweetest, most kind, professional and thorough Team Leader this location has had, in my opinion! She always goes above and beyond for Starbucks customers. This job isn't easy, even in a small "kiosk type" coffee shop like this one, but she tries very hard and especially when working alone! Dealing with the public isn't always easy, especially "post-Covid" but if she makes a mistake, and we all do, she will happily correct it. Her knowledge...
Coffee taste good but I want it to come out the way I've ordered it i.e. if I order coffee with cream I want coffee with cream in it not coffee with a community held half and half jug next to it. Otherwise I like getting coffee here. Having the Kroger with all it's usefulness right under your bum.
