Guy in back has a full beard and ponytail with no hair net or beard not. A hair got in my wife’s food and it ruined my appetite. Another employee was snacking on the food without washing their hands. They no longer serve you like they used to. Complete turn around to what steak and shake once was. I will no longer go to this place because it now disgust me.

I was extremely offended and hurt today. I was in the drive thru trying to place an order, there was a communication issue between me and the young lady on the speaker. After a while, she clearly began to get frustrated taking my order, and proceeded to tell another one of her coworkers, “I can’t understand THESE PEOPLE for the life of me”. As an African American Women that is extremely derogatory and hurtful. She could’ve expressed her frustration in a way where it was not offensive. I literally loss my appetite. Please train your employees on proper etiquette and how to respect everyone. Thank you ??

What a wonderful group of employees. I would recommend coming to this steak and shake. The people here are honest and trustworthy. I left my purse on the table and did not realize it for over 2 hrs. I was unable to go back at the time so I called. They not only found my purse but secured it for me till I could go back the next day and get it. Everything was still there. I would recommend Farragut steak n shake for a quick meal and great staff!!! Thank you so much!!

We got here and the lady at the widow was laughing the whole time she was taking are order. Then we got to the window and gave us 1/4 of are food. When we asked her about are extra stuff she kinda got an attitude with us and we had to buy it again even though we already paid.

I have never been to a restaurant in my life where the employee, in this case a lady, who would use unprofessional language and show little interest in her work. I was asked if i wanted to dine in or to go, I told that the order was for dine in. I proceeded to place my order, I was told to shut up and then was proceeded to ask for a 2nd time if it was for dine in or to go. This franchise has been going down since shifting from waiters attending tables to ordering at the front. Place is in bad shape, booths in dire need of repair and replacing.
