Storming Crab - Seafood Restaurant Knoxville

Great food but the service is hit or miss. Some servers are great and then some just want to rush you out.

We waited an hour after our reservation time to be seated. 55 minutes after that , we received some food. Fried chicken was tough and greasy. Boudin balls, cheese sticks and hush puppies were dripping grease. No one received any refills on our drinks. First time here will be our last. Just a terrible experience.

Dinner was delicious as always. Shrimp, crab and crawfish combo. Yummy

Food was decent. The free slice of seafood bread was the best tasting food there. I'll prob order an order of that next time. The cod fish was a bit too oily and the oyster were small. Gumbo was decent.

Walk in I was greeted immediately, fantastic customer service through the whole experience. The food was amazing! Definitely coming back!

Fabulous food! It was amazing and our waiter Hawk was awesome as well. Best service ever!

Fantastic crab in a nautical themed atmosphere. Prices are kind of high, but crab like dungeness and very hard to find in East Tennessee and the crabs were large.

Came to this location to get my to go order. Handed the young man my card to pay for the order. As he is walking away, I noticed he is examining my card. He walks to the bar and hands my card to a female coworker. Another young lady comes in to get her to go order hands her card over to pay. The same young man walks her card over to the female coworker. At that time the female coworker hands the young man back my card and he disappears to the kitchen. The female coworker comes over and hands the young lady that came in after me her card, yet I'm still waiting for my card so I can go home. Then all of a sudden the young man appears from the kitchen and hands me my card. How unprofessional. I will not be back at this location. My eyebrows are up on how my card transaction was handled.
Be mindful when eating here.
