Better off driving to Oak Ridge Hwy 10 minutes away… I came by here on 12/7/25 at 12 and nobody was there at the store… The doors were locked, the lights were off, nobody was in the parking lot. It was 3 hours past opening… If somebody sleeps in or calls out- you need to find someone to come in and cover the shift.

Dining room was clean, was greeted, prices are reasonable, one of the best stores I have visited, manager was very pleasant professional and cares about the customer. Would definitely recommend this Subway on Schaad Road.

I stopped by this Evening for a Sandwich. Store was Completely EMPTY! Apparently the Young Man was in the Restroom. But. I thght something was Wrong & Almost called for Help. Arther was his Name. Sweet Guy. Very Professional. But. He def should Not be Working ALONE! My 5 Stars is for Arther, not the Store, Do Better Subway!

Terrible Service..Terrible Experience All Around. I Placed An Online Order..After A Few Minutes I Walk In To The Store..The First Thing I Hear Is..We’re Not Making Any Online Orders I’m Sorry You’ll Have To Go Somewhere Else. I Told The Lady I Already Paid For It.. So She Makes My Sandwich And From The Time She Cut The Bread Until The Dressing Went On At The End Of The Process The Lady Complained And Talked Over My Sandwich..Now I Know When You Complaining And Talking A Bunch You Tend To Spit When You Talk..Well She Was Right On Top Of My Sandwich Speaking The Devils Grace. Not Good. I’ll Be Bringing This Sandwich Back For A Full Refund. 🤙

So, a really strong young individual was working tonight alone and someone who placed an online order came inside screaming at the guy like he could help the delay for her order (which was complete btw) but the review is for the you man who kept his composure throughout that woman’s rant. Someone at subway please look into this guy and give him his flowers before you lose a good one!💯

It's a Subway. The food is fine. Like a said, it's a Subway. For me, it's a pretty good salad on an ok sub. The employees are what keep me coming back to this location! They're courteous and professional, even when facing rude and impatient customers. I've been in many times and heard people berating the employees for things that are out of their control. The employees remain calm, even when their customers don't/won't. Very professional. When they finish and make my sammich, I give them patience and respect and they reciprocate. And I get a sando 😁. A little outta the way unless you live in that area, but I'll drive further to go to this location or the one on Hardin Valley across from Food City.
The store was very clean, the ingredients looked fresh and delicious, and Lisa was courteous. Very cozy location. Food was made with love. Definitely my new subway spot!

The 2 ladies in there working were complaining about coworkers and pay. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get our food. The food wasnt great. Just couldn't wait to get out of that place. We won't EVER be back to this location!!!!
