Workers were very polite and efficient even though we came in a busy time. This pregnant mom was very happy with her sandwich! Everything was clean as well.

Thought the place was empty when I walked in - waited about 5 mins before I heard an employee yell she’d be right with me as take out orders were beeping through. Appears only 1 employee was working. I felt like I was a bother while she was making my sandwich. I was disappointed no tea was made and available to drink - No regular sized lids either. She finished the take out orders and I never saw her again.
Vegetarian options: Veggie Delight is only sandwich I ever get

I give this subway a 5/5 out of all the ones I’ve been to. I especially give props to my man Mike behind the counter for mainly two reasons:
#1- If I ask for extra spinach, he puts extra on it. Most subways seem frugal with it, not sure why. You get your moneys worth because you get exactly what you put on the ticket.
#2- You get more value believe it or not, because Mike brings a comedy show with the order. Nobody likes the daily rat race, and an employee’s mood can radiate to a customer. Here, the employees are having fun, cracking jokes, and just making the most of the time they’re there. I’ve never left in a bad mood, and I usually have a couple jokes to crack to the family while we eat dinner.
My family and I make this Subway about a 2X week stop for these reasons!

I got 2 sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlongs & 1 nacho chicken footlong, to go. All of us got very sick from food poisoning from the chicken or lettuce. I got a little bit of chicken for my little dog & she hasn’t been feeling good either. Luckily, she didn’t eat much of it. We will never eat at Subway again; especially this one
The lady that was working alone was absolutely awesome! She made our food perfect.

Showed up 45 minutes before their door, and Google said they closed tonight. (10pm) And the door was locked. I knocked and the employee mopping the floor ignored me. Employee finally acknowledged me, and yelled through the door with headphones in that the store had closed early. There was no way of knowing this, no sign posted stating they had closed early, every light was still on and it looked like a normal open subway. Normally I don't post negative reviews, however the level of disrespect from the employee, combined with no way to contact any kind of management or customer service, this will have to do.

I showed up to the store at 9:20 knowing they closed at 10. The employee inside proceeded to ignore me trying to knock on the door. So I called the store, the employee answered after about 2 minutes of the phone ringing and said they closed early today and hung up on me. No sign on the door stating that they closed early, or any other way of knowing that the store was closed. Absolutely unacceptable attitude. I recommend showing up at least two hours before close if you would like to get sandwiches from there.
If I could I would give it a 3.5. The reason I gave this location a 3.5 is because I have had both really good experiences and really bad experiences. I have been in when the staff is amazing and super attentive and I have been there when the staff is horrible. The last time I was in this location it was a good experience and was great. The time before that it was not so great. I have been and all of the drinks in the soda fountain have been empty and I have been when everything runs smoothly. I know subway hires few people to work there. This one is just inconstant.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub that just has the vegetables on it not the meat
Parking: They have a really small parking lot it is in a shopping center with 3 or 4 other places it can be hard to find parking sometimes.

We got there before 5-6 other customers, but we had to wait for her to make their sandwiches before ours. She made 4 other sandwiches before putting the second half of our sandwich, which was just putting the veggies on and paying. She also told another customer “okay and do you want bread, I need something to put it on??”, extremely rudely. I would understand if we had gotten there if it were busy when we got there, but there was ZERO customers in the store and she was sitting down and chatting with a coworker.
