Ordered here several times as it’s the closest to my house. They consistently never answer the phone and never update the app as to when your sandwich is ready. What’s the point of having a process tracker if the store doesn’t use

This is not to point a finger at employees who are working at this store, anytime I have been at this location they’re trying with what they have. However I do want point out that having one person running the store during lunch rush is a disservice for not only customers but specifically the employees. Today, there was one person in the entire store. She was slammed with sandwiches and she was working really hard to get the orders done. She was the only person I saw working at this location, and it was clear she was overwhelmed with amount of order coming from online plus the amount of people walking in. She tried her best and she was communicative about the wait and the reason we were waiting l. I appreciate the honesty and the communication and I hope the rest of her day was easy on her. I hope whoever sees and is charge for this location directs help to this store because they need it. It’s not fair for one employee to run everything by herself during lunch rush and have the same expectation for the food, customer service, and atmosphere that which a team would normally run.

Ordered WAY a head of time and still was not finished. Missed my entire lunch due to this. Asked for sandwich toasted and it was definitely not, cheese, meat, and bread were all cold. Avoid this place. Lady working was also a bit rude and made comments about “angry” customers. When asked about my order and I yeah she told looked at another customer and “see what I mean.” I will not be back.

Clearly states online for this location the staff wears masks, both times I've been here the single employee working here did not have one on. Last time I went here the employee working said I had to pay for "The Boss" sandwich when I ordered a meatball marinara with pepperoni. There is a price difference between the build your own and the pre-selected "The Boss" of $2 and some change, the latter comes with a more expensive cheese that states on the menu is a $1 up charge on the build your own sandwich, math checks out $1 for pepperoni, $1 for premium mozzarella, I was getting pepper jack which is free with the build your own sandwich option so clearly this guy had a conflict of interest here and expected me to either not be able to read, or that I wouldn't care that I was being charged more than I was last time I've been here or literally every other subway I've gone to since the new # menu with nicknames came out. He was pretty insistent even after I pointed out what was literally behind him clear as day and explained why there is a difference and how this extremely basic math works out, he wasn't going to listen to logic or reason, so I asked for the build your own Meatball Marinara, then I wanted a second, seperate transaction for just pepperoni and he said the "system would not allow him to do that".... BULL SH1T!!! That is on the menu! I was not going to argue with someone like that, walked out and drove to the next closest subway wasting more in gas out of principle and ordered the exact same sandwich and was charged correctly by an employee capable of reading the menu and buttons on the cash register. I did not coax or guide the second location employee because I wanted to see if this was indeed a new policy for subway or maybe they had updated their system and not the online menu or the menu on the walls yet. Second location 100% accurate and friendly in comparison and to boot the girl WAS wearing a mask.

Ordered online for pickup and paid. Went to pick it up and they had a sign on door saying they were closed as they had to pick their daughter at school. I understand. But the problem was, there was an employee inside making sandwiches. After knocking on the door, he refused to open the door, so I had to wait outside in the rain until the other employee got back to open the door. Won't be back to this location.
