Gone to this location multiple times without issues. Today, the app would not let me log in, tried on multiple devices, asked the man working if he would allow me to still use the coupon that I had come to use. I was told that its my problem, the app is fine he used it at 9 this morning, I said it is 11:30 and it doesn't seem to be working, no, it is my problem. Zero customer service, no interest in helping the customer or trying to be friendly. Past workers on Saturday mornings have been friendly, but this dude just lost a repeat customer at this location.

This place is a dumpster fire at lunch. They have two poor people working while they're inundated with to go orders. They don't even have time for walk ins. Don't bother stopping in.

We ordered online and picked up around 13:15 on 10/05/2024. Whoever made our order made PERFECT sandwiches exactly as ordered and we had a lot of customization. Thank you! Surprisingly for Subway, the food tasted fresh. Sandwiches were made quickly and well.

6 PM on 7/2/24...
Called twice to place an order. No answer.
Stopped in to get sandwich.
1 employee.
Was 1st in line.
He/She clumsily made 7 call-in sandwiches without even acknowledging my presence.
After standing there for 20 minutes, I left.
Manager fail!

Yay! Ordered 6” veggie sandwiches on Italian herbs and cheese bread. Tasty! Professional and courteous workers took our orders. Clean men’s bathroom and clean tables to eat at. Enjoyed our lunch.

Gentleman making sandwhiches was very rude telling a customer “ it’s not that hard” to choose a bread. It was clear the employee was working alone and a line out the door but that behavior is unacceptable. Not only did the store lose the sale of this family but also me and mine as we walked out as well.

Whoever owns this restaurant needs to contact me. This was the worst store I have ever been to. The black man running the store Saturday morning was absolutely horrible to me and the other customers. Something needs to be done about this.

We just ordered two footlong sandwiches and the preparer, Will, did excellent on what we wanted. He was the only one there and he was making our sandwiches while taking another order. Everything was fresh and the bread was great. One of the best sandwiches we have ate at Subway.Thank you Will for being so helpful.

This is a fat woman who wears glasses, she has a very bad attitude, I asked her for my sub and she did everything in a bad way as if I were asking for free food, plus the price of the sub she charges as she wants, she puts the highest price, she does, 1 month I went and bought 3 subs and paid almost $49dlls just because she put the highest price on them so they could sell more. They were basic subs, and she also touches his face and so she continues preparing the sandwiches and she touches the computer too and so she continues preparing the subs I will never return to that place that woman should not work there it seems that she does not like to work the way she acts that everything she does makes her angry.

Came in around 5:30 pm on 4/21. Food was fine as usual. However the customer service I received was rather unpleasant. The employee at the counter seemed frustrated, maybe he was having a bad day. But it seemed like any requests I had was a bother to him and acted as if he was annoyed. I came in with my girlfriend, we had plans to split a foot long meatball sub. When he had prepared for 2 sandwiches ahead of time and I informed him it would just be a single sandwich. He acted as if that was a problem. He then informed me there was only enough meatballs for a 6 inch. So the plan had to change and I requested we half the bread and make it two different six inch sandwiches. He seemed annoyed at that as well. It's not my fault that there weren't enough meatballs and our original plan to change and it's not his fault either. I don't want him to get in trouble or anything, but I think it would be a good idea to coach him and give him a gentle reminder that he works customer service, and his attitude around customers really does count. I work in customer service myself and I don't make my bad days anybody else's problem. I expect the same treatment in return.

I come in after church about every Sunday and for some reason the man that works on Sunday is just rude. He comment that he doesn’t want people bothering him on Sundays. And told me the sauce I put on my sub was nasty. And that it was a nasty sub. I worked at subway for over two years, that’s not something you say to a paying customer.

You may as well order online, so you can avoid unpleasant staff. Male working this evenings shift was rude and had an attitude entire time.
