Everything was great. The food and the service. We started with the fried green tomatoes and then I had the Savannah BLT and the Mrs. had the Northshore salad. We ended with the Crem Brule’. We thoroughly enjoyed all of it. It was a really good anniversary dinner. Also the sweet tea was perfect!
I visited Sullivan Fine Food for the first time based on a strong recommendation from a friend. While the restaurant has a great reputation, I think the style just wasn't quite for me. I ordered the catfish, which was a bit too greasy for my liking, though I did love the side of grits. The coleslaw had a bit too much mayonnaise for my personal preference, but the house salad was huge and very fresh. It’s a nice spot, even if the flavor profiles didn't perfectly align...
