I don’t typically drive to get Taco Bell but I gotta give a huge shoutout to Anthony and everyone working at the Cumberland location right across from Oscars on game day. The doors were supposed to be locked and by accident (which I think maybe was people pushing on it too much) the lock was loosened and they let me and a couple others in (before relocking) but they handled the chaos of the drive-through & angry college kids with grace and us with courtesy and respect on...
It's taco bell. The food is not great but it's good. The price is a little high for what you're getting, but this location is near UT campus. I'm sure their late nights are busy. The inside is outdated and mostly clean, however you don't go there for an amazing dining room, you go there because you're hungry. The service is college campus style, order from the kiosk, in the dining room, or from the app. Not much ordering from the person at the counter....
First off, this may be the best Taco Bell in Knoxville! Every time I walk in I get greeted like I’m part of the family. Sasha and the rest of the staff truly make me feel like I’m eating in my dining room at home and it’s the best feeling ever. The food hits every time I’m here. We come once a week for breakfast simply because of the greatness present in this restaurant. I’ll always remember the Taco Bell on Cumberland. Till the day I die, I’m Taco Bell for real!
