The food is fine, but the service is uneven, especially the drive-thru. You have to check your order carefully to make sure they got everything. I've had to go back multiple times after returning home to realize that part of an order was missing.

I couldn't find a menu item listed on the website. With the self check out kiosk in the lobby, the staff totally ignores anyone in the lobby. Took 5 minutes to get someone's attention to ask a question

I asked for tomatoes and lettuce on my bean burrito. There was only enough of both to cover a quarter sized spot close to one end of the burrito. Not nearly enough for what they charge. Not even enough to get but one one bite with them in it. Very disappointing.
