First off coming from an every other day type taco bell customer, this is one of the worst locations I've ever had the displeasure visiting.A friend and I stopped by on 4-7-24 at approximately 12:30am, placed our orders, drove away then realized the food wasn't how we ordered it, drove back through the drive thru and was borderline harassed by the manager, had to go back and forth with the manager about whether or not(john) had given us a receipe for the order which he DID NOT but DID have the burrito that was wrongly made, after 5 mins of going back and forth they finally remade the burrito. Bottom line,if it's wrong then make it right don't drill the customer who just wants the food right. And lastly, we had to ask multiple times for extra mild sauce, silverware, and straws.This location needs some major cleaning up!
Terrible service, the manager asked me for a receipt for the food I literally just ordered which I DID NOT get a receipt for……..I mentioned that half the time we don’t get receipts for cash purchases at Taco Bell she said “that’s because our machine doesn’t work half the time” okay how is that my problem? The problem at hand is you messed my order up and didn’t want to replace it. I finally got it replaced but it was an absolute hassle. The drive thru worker “John” blantly lied saying he gave me a receipt which was complete bull. Taco Bell please do better.

Very disgusted on the cleanliness of the dining area! There was a large amount of taco meat in the floor from the counter to the side door. The tables were not clean my napkin i put down to put my food on stuck to the table. Ive never seen it like that before . The poor kid who took our order was sweet took the broom immediately after i pointed out the food in floor. While others in the back were socializing & laughing. Who ever made the soft shells & chalopa did not know how to roll n fold the taco the food fell out both ends of the loosely rolled shell. Worst experience ever. The meat had very little flavor.

I'm only giving it a two because the drive-thruhic was amazing the other three men that were there were loud argumentative rude as hell and made the experience garbage they were back in the Drive-Thru woman's food in the wrong order and laughing about it and then the younger gentleman and the black gentleman were laughing when she would hand out the wrong orders and then when people would come back in they would say oh she's new she don't know what she's doing we're sorry little did they know I was 5 feet from the front counter which they were refusing to do any work at the only one that was actually working was the drive-thru woman and if I was her I would have told him to kick rocks with an open-toed shoe because I've been in and out of this location for the last 7-6 months randomly and the only person that I ever seen giving great customer service when I'm in there is the drive-thru lady with the glasses she works so hard I couldn't even get her name. You need to give her a round of applause and a raise because she is the only one with great customer service a smile and a general good personality and I'm talking about the location right down from what used to be East Towne Mall behind the Shell gas station

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst taco bell I've ever been to, horrible employees for the most part, general manager for mornings/breakfast is terrible, filthy restaurant and not kid friendly! Will not be revisiting. ?
Staff over all is nice and restaurant is normally clean and festive but the quality of the food is very poor on how it's served you except to get a chicken quesadilla and what you get is a plain Tortilla wrap cut into 4 pieces first piece has no cheese or meat it's plain dry bread only second piece has 4 rasin size pieces of chicken with what looks to be one finger pinch of cheese in one little spot third piece had same amount of cheese with 6 pieces of rasin size chicken and 1 normal strip size of chicken the forth and last piece has no cheese and 1 piece of meat and like a half of a half piece of meat and there's no sauce anywhere on the quesadilla not even a residue of sauce can be found on any part of the quesadilla so basically I was served dry bread with a pinch of meat and cheese that don't even count as a serving of food. Smh each time I order from here it's always a little worse then the tike before. It's a shame that I was served something so poorly made . I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant again after tonight.
