Close to downtown, easy and quick hike, and the view is decent (tough competition in a state with many mountains!). Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and have ~45 minutes

Local spot to snag a great view of the city.

Parking: Parking is on gravel road and walk the way towards a view point. The walk is not on the paved road but the view of tennesse river and Knoxville is awesome.

Dog-friendliness: Yes. Dogs are allowed.

A key place in Knoxville that I hold near and dear to my heart. Wonderful graffiti & art posted on the rocks and the new fence which I find to be a neat addition that can help grow a community around the bluffs. But be careful of Bryan he can get a little crazy

Huge place! Good food and drinks.BUT the service… honestly I can’t say enough about it. All the services work together and make sure all your needs are met! Whoever owns this place needs to know they have some of the best servers in town!

Cap was great and entertaining Dj and I had a great time while playing bingo!

Pretty view of the city and the river BUT there is not a lot of places to sit and enjoy with a friend. Not a hang out in the park kind of place. Would not recommend taking kids as the drop off is steep. If you are a local, I can see taking a quick walk (less than a mile round trip for an out and back trip) or walking your dog… but no more than that.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed

Great panoramic view of the city, short hike to the top, lots of broken glass at the overlook, sketchy vehicles at the parking lot.

Amazing. One of the first places I show anyone who hasn't been to Knoxville or seen it before. Definitely on the top places to visit.
