I went here on two occasions during my stay in Knoxville. It is conveniently located behind the Graduate Hotel. Both days I had a sugar free vanilla latte. The second day I also had a raspberry scone. Both were delicious. Day one was much better. The girl working that day, May 29 around 7:30 am, was much friendlier and she had some great music playing. We had a great conversation. She also did latte art in my latte which I thought was nice. Day two- the lady wasn’t really as friendly and there was no music playing at all. The latte was great, just without the art. I definitely recommend trying this place out.Day two update- The nice lady working cut the same good music on before I left. She was also friendly when we left. I think she was just busy and maybe not quite a morning person ?

So cute and such a relaxed environment! I love that they sell cute little crafts and stickers, and this coffee shop has one of my most favorite mochas ever! The house mocha is so good, and I look forward to it every time visit! Huge fan of this cute downtown Knox business and would choose it over Starbucks every time.

This place has the best mochas! My favorite is their iced house mocha and a lot of other people clearly agree since if you stand in their for any amount of time, they are calling out drinks and probably 25% of the drinks are a house mocha. I also like their cold brew if you aren't a super sweet drink kind of person!As for service I've experienced some not so friendly baristas here, but very rarely. They are quite fast (as fast as a coffee shop goes) and do a pretty good job of keeping it clean. Make sure if you want your bakery item warm to ask because normally they will give you muffins and scones cold.Also do not try their gluten free unless you are gluten free, because for us gluten folks it is not the best, so watch the menu and would not recommend ordering it.

The coffee is great and it’s a good place to study, but I’ve never had one good interaction with a barista here. They make me feel like I’m bothering them by ordering. They also never have half of their food menu items for some reason.

Excellent spot to grab a coffee between classes or spend the afternoon doing schoolwork. The staff are always very pleasant and quick. Plenty of seating and tables. I always suggest this place when students ask where to get coffee around campus!

I love coffee but have a health condition that gets worse when I drink caffeine. First I ordered a decaf iced coffee and the baristas looked at me like I was an otherworldly creature. They made me the coffee but after drinking it I found out the hard way that it was not decaf and became ill. The coffee tasted great but don’t order decaf here.
if you're a college student indiscriminately intending to consume caffeine from whatever is out there, this place... does the trick, I guess. Every bean the place serves tastes like a dark roast-- not as bad as Starbucks, but definitely not good. While I can't judge the espresso drinks, the drip here doesn't lift you up from the misery of daily 8AM Econ. classes, but for a hefty, somewhat unwarranted fee, you can get yourself alert enough to trudge along with your morning.

Stopped in for a pour over only to find this location does not have that. Got an espresso instead and it tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in a while. Not bad but not good.Location is great. Girl working the counter was super friendly. But the coffee was less than amazing for me.

Hours were not changed on Google. Showed up at 4pm yesterday and they changed to Holiday hours. Understand that happens. Hours were posted on a sign in the window. Decided to come back at 7am ( posted sign in window stated 7-3) to buy a few pounds of coffee for Christmas presents. Pitch black and not a soul In sight. Very disappointed.
