Our reservation was for 8:15. We didn't get seated until 9:00. Unacceptable. The server was excellent and the food was great.

Took an hour to get the first course. 38 minutes for drinks. She hardly came by except when I came time to pay she was there every 5 min seeing if I had done it yet. We were there almost 4 hours. Horrible.

The decor is old like still from the 90s resembled a nail salon with all the fake butterflies and fake flowers. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets not washed in some time. However we had a wonderful server, food was good and they celebrated my daughter's bday with a teddy bear and real rose. For five people to do all the courses the bill was over $500 and took about three hours. Fun was had and memories made.

The paper straws were weird, a half dozen gnats came with our initial part of the meal. Plus they put wine in everything. If you don't want alcohol in your food you must pay close attention to your order and ask that it be left out.

I took my parents to meet my girlfriend here. I supposed they were short staff or we made our reservation to late, because we were there for about 3 hours and never made it to dessert. This was by far the worst dine-in experience in my life. This place has a 4.7 star with 3K reviews? The food was mid at best. I was straight up brought a plate of lettuce and dressing on the side and told me it was a house salad. Different food shouldn't be mixed together in a broth no matter the temperature. 10:00pm rolls around (closing time) it's like we didn't exist. Waiters and waitress yelling and laughing around us. Sweeping carpet right next to us?? THIS PLACE IS A GIMMICK. $309 for 4 people? Do not go here, it's not worth it at all.

Our server, Katelyn, was fantastic! The restaurant was short on staff, so the process took a bit longer than normal. They were out of a few ingredients of items on the menu, and their CO2 for sodas was out for the night.

I went here in a large group for my job’s end of school year dinner and the experience was wonderful. Anthony was our server and I can’t say enough great things about him. We are a sometimes loud, very goofy group of women and he rolled with our silliness and added to it at times. He made the night so much more fun, he is hilarious, and he provided great service. The food was great, the atmosphere was great. We had a really wonderful time. Definitely recommend! And ask for Anthony as your server because he is 10/10.

! If you haven't eaten at the Melting Pot, you need to try it!. We had the 4 course. The cheese was to die for! (The chocolate too) It was interesting dipping the different foods in the cheese. (Apples...never thought of that) We cooked our meat in different broths(it is a fondue restaurant) at our table. The CHOCOLATE! We chose two different flavors. The chocolate was so good I wanted to eat it by the spoonfuls!(forget about dipping anything in it!) Our waiter/host was outstanding! Since it was my birthday, he gave me a rose at the end of our meal.
