Samantha and Olivia were extremely kind and offered much needed assistance for someone as indecisive as I am. Olivia introduced me to the book “Cancer Hates Tea” and I can’t wait to apply the wealth of knowledge inside. Thanks so much for making my Knoxville experience the most memorable one!

My friend and I enjoyed a Valentine’s Day Sampling of Tea Inspired, Flavored Sugar and other Desserts. The help I got picking the tea to drink was top drawer and the deserts I still dream about. I am going to try to make one of them tomorrow.

If you're looking for that perfect tea or spices/herbs that are hard to find, THIS IS THE PLACE! The smells as you walk in are cozy and intoxicating. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Will definitely be back. The matcha is amazing 😍

Nice unique collection of the best teas and hot drinks. Annette and her staff are friendly and warm towards all the customers.

It kills me to leave a bad review but... they sacrifice quality of product to save a bit of money. The massive jars you see as smelling samples are later bagged and sold. Best case scenario they exposing tea to oxygen and lowering the quality and worst case you are buying spices with other people's mucus and germs. They could get around this by have small containers for smells and tossing it like all the other tea shops. They broke my heart as their products are good but average spices that's clean would be better.

Great selection and the lady working there was very helpful. She may have been the owner. I didn't ask but she clearly cared a lot about making sure we left happy.

I love this place! Every time I go downtown I have to stop and try a new tea. The staff are knowledgeable and have no issue describing tasting notes and answering questions. I love that I can pick any tea they have and they will gladly make me a fresh cup. A great addition to Knoxville that definitely deserves more foot traffic.

Cute spot loaded with so many teas, sugars, salts, and other custom blends. I love that they will brew you any tea in their lineup. I got an iced lemon drop tea and it was sooooo delicious on this hot day! Definitely a spot to check out. Great place for gifts!
