Atmosphere great but poor housekeeping. Smoky drink no longer served with smoke "as too many glass covers were being broken" Average apps.
Mediocre service. Wrong charge on credit card with unreturned phone call from management.
Much better food/ service upstairs at Vida restaurant.
You need a place to go on date night, Great food reasonably priced. This is it.

Staff make you feel very welcomed and calls you by your name…. Only thing is… watch certain dealers bc if you are new or they think you don’t know how to play…. they get stupid and make wrong calls and take most your chips! Eventually ending up with ALL OF YOUR CHIPS… I call this .. GREEDY.. and TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A WOMAN‼️

If you’re looking for a speakeasy vibe, look no further than the vault. Nestled downstairs of Vida, the bartenders are masters at their craft.
I have spent many nights here, enjoying a great variety of cocktails. I highly recommend coming here for New Year’s (get a reservation early), or any other time of year.
The fun vibe of the vault, and gold bar cages, offer a fun and intimate seating for a cocktail lounge. I’ve enjoyed sitting at the bar, talking to the bartenders as well as having a seat at one of their tables.
My friends and I have come here many nights for a round or two of something fun. I’ve been here one on one with my husband for our anniversary - and sat in one of their gold bar cages. I’ve even brought clients here for a nightcap after the dinner at Vida.
But the highlight for me was New Year’s Eve. When my group of friends and I reserved a table in their vault. Typically reserved for VIP members, we were able to get a table to ring in the year towards the end of the night.
Some of our favorite cocktails include: the Sazerac, the porn star, cuban old-fashioned, Negroni, and Margarita. They can also make you something based on one of your favorite cocktails; I am a fan of a French 75 and they made me a unique cocktail based on those preferences. So do not hesitate to talk to the bartenders. They truly love what they do and they’re always trying new things.
Sometimes they offer live music, but if you’re looking to have a conversation, don’t go on that night.
I’ve been able to come in here many times early in the evening to have a cocktail without a reservation, but highly recommend getting a reservation if you’re going later in the night (post dinner till close).
There is a dress code- but minimally enforced. They are firm on no ripped clothes, athletic wear, hoodies/ sweatpants, jerseys, or flip-flops.
They do offer a small menu for food to go along with your drinks. I highly recommend the tomato bread. It’s a favorite, and one of the items I always get during my visit! The guacamole, tuna tacos, and blue crab cake are also enjoyable.

This was such a bad experience, went there and asked the bartender if the table was available, he ignored me, then I sat down and waived like 3 times to 2 different people, after 35-40 of sitting down I left the place, the decor of the speakeasy is really unique, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they have such an awful customer/guest experience. If you want a nice speakeasy, go to Peter Kern Library, it’s 10,000 times better.

I wish I could give a better rating or even a rating at all on the food or drinks. Unfortunately, there was no disclaimer on the website regarding the age minimum being 21. So after being seated with my 18 year old daughter, the waitress asked for ID after she ordered a non-alcoholic drink. She then let us know that you have to be 21 to eat there and asked us to leave. I believe her name was Grace and she wasn't very nice. I see there was another complaint on the same night about a negative experience with a waitress so I have to wonder if it was the same person. I checked the website after the ordeal and it says nothing about being 21. I won't go back just due to the attitude given by the waitress.

I don’t leave bad reviews but I have to warn other people who are misled by the beautiful decor and setting.
If you enjoy fresh, beautiful and flavourful food do not eat here.
We had tomato bread (no fresh bread, puddles of oil and a strange cumin tomato paste on top).
The crispy shrimp was clearly frozen, smothered in incoherent sauces and 75% batter.
The final crime was the mini changas, which were flavourless, had carrots in for some reason and were randomly garnished with raw sweetcorn and lettuce.
The drinks were okay, the vault is incredibly cool and the service was good. Do not eat here if you are expecting anything outside of overpriced frozen trash.

Amazing cocktails with impeccable service. The atmosphere is unmatched of any other cocktail bar in Knoxville. The cocktails can be inconsistent in flavor and quality at times but still amazing value for a reasonable price

Drinks were awful. They couldn’t even make a straight up martini or Manhattan. Or a Cosmo the service was awful waited and waited 30 to 45 minutes before getting service then had to ask someone for service and they had to make the drinks not once but three times finally we got the manager and just got a credit and left would never go back there again if they paid for everything, better places and what they’re doing
