Excellent cocktail bar in Knoxville! I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality, variety and creativity of the menu. The snacks were good too. Our waiter was very helpful in our selection based on preference, highly recommend this place!

Waited over 2 hours for our reservation and never got seated. Will never return or recommend to anyone.
We had a reservation at 9 pm for a table, we arrived at 8:45 to let them know we were here. 9:30 hit and they still had not said anything to us, we went back up to speak to them and they just kept telling us it would he a while. We finally asked is this because whoever is sitting in our seat won’t leave? They then decided to tell us yes, this was the issue and we could sit at the bar seating if we wanted. We said no, we have a reservation and we would like the table we reserved. We waited until 10:30 and still NOTHING. We finally decided to go up to someone and ask them to get a manager because this was ridiculous. They then proceeded to tell us they would grab someone and then just walked off and never came back. After 5 minutes we asked someone else and they brought the manager down. We explained the situation and they told us they would give us a bottle of Prosecco and we could sit at the bar tables until our table opened ( important note also we had 8 PEOPLE in our party so we said 1 bottle will not be enough compensation and they gave us 2). We sat there for another 20 minutes without being given the bottles and we finally went to the bar and had to tell them to give us the drinks. We then sat there and drank the bottles, at this point it has been OVER 2 HOURS since our reservation time and we have gotten zero service. We finished the bottles and still did not get talked to or told anything so we just left. It was EXTREMELY unprofessional and disappointing. We were from out of town and very excited to see this bar and the service and manager were terrible. Would never recommend to anyone.

Had our company party at the Vault. It's kinda dark and homey with several alcoves but the coolest was the vault door! The bartenders were making tasty drinks, vodka dirty martini, porn star and old fashion were very popular. Cool place. The tuna ceviche and crispy shrimp appetizer were a perfect start! Broccolini, beef tenderloin medallions and brussel sprouts were great too!

Beautiful venue! The food we got was yummy. The short rib flat bread is highly recommended. The music and aesthetic is lovely. The bartender Hayley was such a sweetheart and Deantre was very accommodating and friendly. I can’t wait to return!

The Vault is such a laid back vibe. The ambience is nice and the food was great! I wish they would play a little more variety of music, but other than that I would say it was a good vibe. Make sure to try the Martini Lemon Drops!
