The Vault is such a laid back vibe. The ambience is nice and the food was great! I wish they would play a little more variety of music, but other than that I would say it was a good vibe. Make sure to try the Martini Lemon Drops!

Very disappointed in the service. Not accommodating, don’t think he even really wanted to be working there. 6/17 follow up management contacted me and asked me to detail what happened, I did and never heard back from them, which was completely expected given the staff actions that night.

It's an underground bar and has a really cool vibe. Service was great and they have bar food, the only problem was you couldn't read the menu because it's in different languages, I guess because they have different foods from all over. Also, it's very small. it's not a place for large groups. Decor is very cool!

I’m live in Knoxville, my wife and I came out to the Vault for a date night. It was our first time here. We waited for 15 minutes. Multiple people passed us not saying hi, or I am sorry I will be with you in a few mins. No one came up to us at all. They weren’t busy. We were disappointed and left. The atmosphere was really nice
