This review is based on a class I took with Kelly. I don’t typically feel the need to rave, but it was truly perfectly executed and I walked away with six cookies that blew any prior decorating attempts out of the water. Kelly thought of everything in her (aesthetically pleasing) presentation and “cookie playlists” at the table. The instruction moved at a perfect pace keep it entertaining but not stressful. Loved it and can’t wait to do it again.

I had such an amazing experience with Trinity Baking Co!! Kelly was communicative, transparent, and so accommodating. I ordered cookies for a bridal shower and they turned out more perfect than I could’ve asked for. I needed a gluten free batch along with my main batch and she was transparent about the baking process and ingredients, and was intentional about helping with any concerns I had. The delivery process was also very smooth and took the stress off of planning. I will definitely come back in the future!

Her cookies are truly some of the best tasting and the prettiest I’ve ever had. Not only is her product 10/10 but her website makes it easy to get the ball rolling/inquire, and her communication makes the process from there just as easy. I found Kelly via Google in looking for a team activity for my company. Kelly was extremely accomodating and helpful. She showed up an hour before class to set up and everything was prepped and ready for class well before we showed up. She was patient and informative and talked us through the whole process and every step was fun and overall just really impressive. I personally was not expecting so have such adorable cookies at the end because I am not artistic at all but Kelly talked us all through the process and helped along the way. I would HIGHLY suggest her to anyone looking for a team activity of any kind. The men and women alike had a blast!
