Hit or miss on service and bartenders attitude. Great spot, smoker friendly. Laughter and pool. Music can be a mood killer tho. Unique crowd, very progressive and collective

Very poor attitude from the bartender. Seemed like my friends and I were a complete annoyance to her because many of use were first timers. Ordering a drink seemed to have triggered her as if making drinks is not her job that she signed up to do..Strange behavior. We reminded her kindness mattered on our check.

A place made for old and younger patrons. It works well. 2 separated areas for pool, vid games and darts. Fantastic food.service is friendly and on it. My wife and I love it. 💯💕

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife and I came here for a simple game of pool, our plan was to go to Gypsy Tap House afterward for food and Ale. However, the atmosphere, friendly vibes and all around awesome establishment trapped us here, much to our Delight. We got the chicken wings, while not Wingstop or other Eatery specific perfection they were good. This was a perfect bar/ pool hall atmosphere. With a Cool vibe and awesome staff. And do not think that my criticism of the food is a disparity, in fact it was more than adequate. We look forward to many more visits for games of pool, good food and good service at this awesome establishment. It was just blocksaway from the old city but held none of that smarmy vibe. An all-around good place that I would advise to anyone who's looking for a good bar, good game of pool, some good food and good vibes.

My goodness. I’ve never been to urban. I go there for the first time tonight and order a vol bomb. (Mind you I just got off work and I’m sober as can be). The lady bartender pours us a volbomb. No questions asked. Pours the drink and makes it. I come back to the bar later and the male bartender was off the chain. Like off the chain as in he’s wired up. I asked for a vol bomb. He pours me a vodka shot into a shot glass and slams it in front of my face. Proceeds to put an unopened redbull into a beer glass and slam that next to the shot and says, “here ya go” and then asked me what was wrong with it. like I was gonna make it myself. (I ultimately made it myself). That to me was extremely rude. I’ve never been to a bar that completely disrespects a patron like that. I even asked him if he thought I was drunk and if I did anything to him and he got extremely defensive like he wanted to fight me and I was like, I’ll just take my check brother. And still left an 80% tip. Idk what he’s got going on at home but that was unacceptable.

Drinks were fantastic, but the woman bartendering the other night was quite rude for some reason. I ordered a dirty martini, she proceeded to roll her eyes and scoff at me, then she never came over for me to order from her again, passed me up twice. I understand having a bad day and especially being tired if its a busy night, but why take it out on me when I'm just trying to enjoy my night? The drinks and food were great though, genuinely!

Came in ordered a mich ultra she didn't ask if i wanted bottle beer or draft so she brought me draft which I prefer bottle. Very first thing the bartender did was spill it all over me and my brand new phone a $1200 phone! Ruined my night. I drank the free beer she gave me as she should have and left! I'll never come back here again!!!! I come here all the time. Can't believe a bartender can't give you a beer without spilling it all over you!!! I had some friends gonna meet me there to drink and shoot some pool. I told them to forget it. So you lost 4 people shooting pool and drinking! All because i had a beer spilled all over me! The smokest barcive ever been in in my life!!. I hate smoke! I will never be back!
