As a student, this is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. There is a wide selection of high-quality drinks and locally roasted beans for sale. There is usually plenty of space to work or study, and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend Vienna to anyone looking for a good local coffee shop.

Good coffee but a little pricey.

I have a hard time getting a good traditional macchiato or cortado. The cortado the gentleman made was one of the best I've had in a long while. Kudos to him!

Great spot for caffeine and to get things accomplished!

Nicely designed space; really nice people...delicious blueberry muffin and bacon cheese quiche; tasty but extremely small apple fritter. Pastries are high priced for size; very good coffee.

Found this place by accident, glad I missed a turn, You won't be disappointed, whatever you want in a coffee shop, I like talking to random people, weird that way, but for whatever reason the two different people I spoke with were super friendly, maybe post COVID freedom, or cause I'm such a good looking guy, (perspective) anyway give it a or get a shot, expresso

This place is too cute. Friendly staff and THE MOST AMAZING COFFEE!!!! The blueberry muffins were also pretty darn good. An excellent place to hang out, enjoy a cup of coffee or local brew, light lunch, breakfast or pastry. Highly recommend.

If you this this place is just a coffee shop you are mistaken. Vienna Coffee is a Family that masquerades its self as a coffee shop, but in reality it's; a smile, a laugh, a therapist's couch, a fistbump, and a hug all wrapped in one. Having recently moved to Knoxville I feel Vienna Coffee has been the catalyst that turned a just another new town in to what I now call Home.Thank you for being you,Drew

With an abundance of coffee shops in the area, I feel like Vienna often gets overlooked, but honestly it's my favorite. I admit, I'm not a person who drinks their coffee black. I love cream and sugar and anything sweet. Vienna definitely satisfies my sweet tooth with their lattes and I can't wait try their new speciality drinks they released for spring. That being said, Vienna is the only place I've ever ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and been able to drink it without adding sugar. It's delicious on its own -- I don't know why it's so good. Maybe the oat milk is sweetened with vanilla or something, but I'm usually dumping an alarming amount of simple syrup into my cup and I don't need to do that at Vienna. I also want to add that I've purchased probably five bags of their beans and have enjoyed all of them. I also really like the baristas who work here -- they're always pleasant and will strike up a conversation with you. I usually get my coffee to go, but as others have mentioned the space is nice and big with plenty of seating and there are a few tables outside as well.

Gorgeous space with the usual delicious Vienna coffee drinks and food. We loved our muffins, and my friend's breakfast burrito looked amazing.

Over priced. The Danish was ok, but tasted machine made, and not so good. They want about $4 for a cup of coffee and then charge $1 for a refill. I guess they cater to the trust fund kids in the area. The atmosphere is nice. They have comfortable seating v and a fireplace. If they had decent deserts it would have been 5 stars.

The mocha had the right taste that catered to my personal preference. I really enjoyed every sip.

I love this coffee shop, nice relaxed feel. Coffee is good and hot. They offer a gluten free quiche and some packaged treats.
