“I got in a car accident in the rain on I 40. I had to wait 3 hours for my family to tow me all the way back to Georgia, and they let me stay there the whole time. They didn't push me out or anything like that. By far the best service I've ever gotten from any establishment in my life. They also gave me free toast after I already payed for my food. Long live America! Long live WAFFLE HOUSE!“

“Everything was awesome, Ms. Jamie was fantastic. The entire staff was rocking it, it was awesome to see. I couldn't have been happier, it was the first time we had taken our kids to waffle house and they were so impressed and loved their food(no waffle houses where we live).“

“I work here atm lol come down and see me I work 2nds and some thirds and I'll make sure the service is great!! I recommend any hrs to go tho because all the cooks we have are amazing and the food comes out amazing whether I work here or not I'll always Come and eat at the halls location!!! I highly recommend servers Jenn H, sam H, and pineapple and a few others on third shift!! All the ladies on first shift are amazing!!“
“I absolutely love this waffle house, I grew up around here and only a handful of times in my 20 years of being in South Knox have I ever left this fine establishment upset. My favorite person to see there is THE Miss Mel, Best cook in the south and has a load of southern charm to her❤️“
“Waffle house is always been outstanding to me. I've probably been visiting waffle houses for 30 years and I really enjoy the fast inefficient service. Employees are always very courteous. The food is always freshly cooked. Enterprise's are always decent.“

My family and I were on vacation and we chose Waffle House for our last meal in Tennessee. The service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely perfect.

“They were having problems during lunchtime the day I visited. It took them approximately 20 minutes before I got my food and it didn't come all at the same time. The waitress come to my table several times to apologize about the wait. I told her it was no problem. It wasn't her fault. I believe they had new cook's on the grill and they were struggling. I absolutely love Waffle House and one mishap won't change my mind. I visit Waffle Houses regularly and I intend to keep visiting them at least once a week. 💖“

“This is by far the best waffle House experience I’ve ever had. Every employee was clean and polished and very welcoming even though it was 1 AM. Every employee was fully present. Also, the waffle House was very clean and they were playing great music. I will say Mary was a great addition to our experience. She was Nice, funny, and overall enjoyable. Overall. I’ve had a rough week, but Mary has made the week better just by her presence.“
