“I work here atm lol come down and see me I work 2nds and some thirds and I'll make sure the service is great!! I recommend any hrs to go tho because all the cooks we have are amazing and the food comes out amazing whether I work here or not I'll always Come and eat at the halls location!!! I highly recommend servers Jenn H, sam H, and pineapple and a few others on third shift!! All the ladies on first shift are amazing!!“
“I got in a car accident in the rain on I 40. I had to wait 3 hours for my family to tow me all the way back to Georgia, and they let me stay there the whole time. They didn't push me out or anything like that. By far the best service I've ever gotten from any establishment in my life. They also gave me free toast after I already payed for my food. Long live America! Long live WAFFLE HOUSE!“

“Want to give a HUGE shout-out to Rocky Top Waffles, LLC because you truly have a gem working for you. My waitress Bri was AMAZING! Not only was she professional, but she was friendly and attentive. She made my morning. I travel and eat out a lot, and it's sad to admit, but her and the service she provided this morning at the Waffle House was better than most 5-star steakhouses I have eaten at. All I can say is she is a keeper!“
“I have ate places where I had $90 plates, and ate at soup kitchens. The service here was the best I’ve ever had. Kim was more than friendly, she made a recommendation that was amazing, she took extra care to make sure my 6 MONTH OLD BABY felt happy and smiling. Even letting us joke around a little.
The cook did a phenomenal job making the food in a reasonable time and made my wife’s bacon how she likes it specially.
It’s the little stuff like that, that matters when you don’t have a bajillion dollars and stop at a Waffle House to make every dollar count. These ladies make sure every dollar you spend is well spent, and tips well deserved.
This is what Waffle House should be, like Kim, down home, real conversation, sweet people and some KILLER food.“

My family and I were on vacation and we chose Waffle House for our last meal in Tennessee. The service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely perfect.

“They were having problems during lunchtime the day I visited. It took them approximately 20 minutes before I got my food and it didn't come all at the same time. The waitress come to my table several times to apologize about the wait. I told her it was no problem. It wasn't her fault. I believe they had new cook's on the grill and they were struggling. I absolutely love Waffle House and one mishap won't change my mind. I visit Waffle Houses regularly and I intend to keep visiting them at least once a week. 💖“
“I like to treat myself to some Waffle House after a crappy day from work, where I serve tables. Jeff happily took my to-go order. He really made my night better with his banter and made sure everything was right. I can hands down say I’ve never had a better experience at any location I’ve been too. Thank you Jeff for making my night better. You deserve a raise! ❤“
“Traveling from Florida to Ohio, stopped in Waffle House for an early breakfast.The Waitres Ashley and Cook D'Angelo were the perfect team. The food was exactly like the picture and it was Good. The service was perfect. They were professional, and very hospitable. We were very happy with the service. This is a must stop if you are in the area.“
“This was my first time eating at Waffle House and honestly it was a great first experience. I have always been curious about waffle house but they don’t have any where I’m from, so I figured now was good a time as ever. The waitress was super friendly and helpful, and the food was legitimately really good. I’m glad I stopped by and I will likely come back.“
