“This was my first time eating at Waffle House and honestly it was a great first experience. I have always been curious about waffle house but they don’t have any where I’m from, so I figured now was good a time as ever. The waitress was super friendly and helpful, and the food was legitimately really good. I’m glad I stopped by and I will likely come back.“

“Want to give a HUGE shout-out to Rocky Top Waffles, LLC because you truly have a gem working for you. My waitress Bri was AMAZING! Not only was she professional, but she was friendly and attentive. She made my morning. I travel and eat out a lot, and it's sad to admit, but her and the service she provided this morning at the Waffle House was better than most 5-star steakhouses I have eaten at. All I can say is she is a keeper!“
“They were having problems during lunchtime the day I visited. It took them approximately 20 minutes before I got my food and it didn't come all at the same time. The waitress come to my table several times to apologize about the wait. I told her it was no problem. It wasn't her fault. I believe they had new cook's on the grill and they were struggling. I absolutely love Waffle House and one mishap won't change my mind. I visit Waffle Houses regularly and I intend to keep visiting them at least once a week. 💖“
“I have ate places where I had $90 plates, and ate at soup kitchens. The service here was the best I’ve ever had. Kim was more than friendly, she made a recommendation that was amazing, she took extra care to make sure my 6 MONTH OLD BABY felt happy and smiling. Even letting us joke around a little.
The cook did a phenomenal job making the food in a reasonable time and made my wife’s bacon how she likes it specially.
It’s the little stuff like that, that matters when you don’t have a bajillion dollars and stop at a Waffle House to make every dollar count. These ladies make sure every dollar you spend is well spent, and tips well deserved.
This is what Waffle House should be, like Kim, down home, real conversation, sweet people and some KILLER food.“
“I’ve definitely been to about three different locations. I would say my favorite one would probably be the one in North Knoxville. It was quick. They were friendly and it was like a pretty chill atmosphere. I don’t have any complaints. The only thing I will say don’t go there if you’re on a diet or if you’re trying to avoid fried foods lol because it’ll definitely be hard to resist.“

“Was my first time at a waffle house and all I can say is wow. Everyone is so nice very different from the north east. The food was delicious, the menu is simple but clear with how much it will cost for add ons and sides. Our waitress Reagan was so super sweet and the manager was highly visibly and spoke to each table.“
“I like to treat myself to some Waffle House after a crappy day from work, where I serve tables. Jeff happily took my to-go order. He really made my night better with his banter and made sure everything was right. I can hands down say I’ve never had a better experience at any location I’ve been too. Thank you Jeff for making my night better. You deserve a raise! ❤“
“It’s a Waffle House people! As they go, this one was snappy, friendly and happy birthday was sung to a regular customer by everyone in attendance👏🏻The staff was chipper. Our waitress was 5+ years old others longer. They must be doing something right almost always. It was clean. This was big football weekend too.“
