I just came to pick up an online order, and I was helped by a girl with blonde hair and glasses. She did a very poor job. She doesn’t know how to treat customers. She didn’t give me the syrup, she didn’t give me forks, and she didn’t give me the straws for the drinks. I had to ask for each one of them, and she just ignored me. I am paying for my order, so they shouldn’t treat people like that. It’s not free, and if we are paying, they should do their job correctly.

They were having problems during lunchtime the day I visited. It took them approximately 20 minutes before I got my food and it didn't come all at the same time. The waitress come to my table several times to apologize about the wait. I told her it was no problem. It wasn't her fault. I believe they had new cook's on the grill and they were struggling. I absolutely love Waffle House and one mishap won't change my mind. I visit Waffle Houses regularly and I intend to keep visiting them at least once a week. 💖

Not such a good location restaurant is dirty. When we got there at 3 am, they were sitting in a booth, when they could have been cleaning the store. I know Waffle House, I've worked Waffle House! And that store is fairly new and should be clean and hopping! The location is great and busy but not that store! Managers and district manager need to step in. Or hurry me to be manager and I'll turn it around! The food is different too and not cooked right.

It was a good place to eat at. Took my friend here for her bday bec. Thats what she wanted was waffle house. Our food was pretty darn good and our service wasn't bad at all.
I went at night to get some food and while the food was served up fast and was delicious, the table was unclean and not wiped down, my drink wasn’t refilled once, and after I left I realized I was charged for items I didn’t order. Night shift staff seem to be nice people but simply aren’t paying attention to what they’re doing
