Worst drive thru experience ever. The person in the speaker was spewing insults while talking the order. The manager needs to fire some people.

My child and I went to the drive thru today. They made us wait while their system was restarting. NBD it was a just a few minutes but they just told us to wait with no apology or kindness. When the worker was ready, she acted like she was put out by taking our order. Lots of sighing and talking over me. We were confused as to if the freestyle flavors could be used in the iced tea. The worker snapped at me that they couldn't do any of that when we asked. Then as I was ordering she kept snapping at me to be done. By the end of ordering, my kid was crying and I was frazzled. I ended up just pulling out bc I didn't want to deal with that worker face to face.

Pick up lunch was great burger fast service and super drive through. Order pulled up to pay and before my card came out the food did follow by my card. Great sweet Tea! Great lunch!

I gotta say this has been my worst experience at a Wendy's. I was walking up to the dining room door and was told by the manager outside I could order inside but the drive through cashier would have to ring it - no problem there. Once inside I was completely ignored by the employee at the counter. After getting her attention I asked if someone could take my order and she replied yes and then continued to ignore me. Finally the guy working the grill asked me if I could just go outside and use the drive through. The counter employee, whose name was Ebony, never turned around! I spoke with the manager outside and he got someone to come take the order. Unbelievable.

This is the worst Wendy’s ever every time I get food from here something’s wrong with it goodness like stop if you don’t like you job quit stop giving people bad food.

The manager and crew were working really hard, food came out fast, inside was orderly and clean, and they all had a positive friendly attitude - very well run during my stop.

The worst customer service I've ever seen, the employee at the Driver Trhu was super rude because he didn't listen to me on the horn and made fun of me for mispronouncing a word, besides they didn't give us napkins, no sauces or even a straw for the drink, he threw away our money, it was the worst.

Don’t eat here. I’ve tried to eat at this Wendy’s multiple times over the span of three years, and every single time I’ve had one of the worst experiences in a restaurant that is possible.
Frequently, it takes anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour and a half to get your food. Even in drive-thru. On one occasion, I gave up after twenty five minutes of waiting, drove twenty minutes down the road to get food somewhere else, passed by this place on the way back, and the same car I was behind for those twenty five minutes was still in the exact same spot in line. That’s a total of an hour and five minutes and not one car moved.
If you manage to get up to the speaker box, be prepared to be told to wait, and then sit in your car for probably another fifteen minutes.
On the rare occasion you do manage to get all the way through the line, your food will likely be cold and, if you got fries, old and soggy.
I’ve worked in multiple fast food places myself and know how these places run, so I genuinely cannot fathom why it’s so poorly run or why it takes so long to get the food made. My only running theory is that they take someone’s order, stand around doing nothing while they slowly make that person’s food, and then move on to the next person.
Normally, I love Wendy’s, but not this place. For the sake of your own sanity, please, never eat at this location.

Whoever was working your drive thru on Sunday night at 945 should be fired. People don't understand what a work ethic is. They're lazy and entitled. Not one person in the drive thru on either side and I'm having to wait well over 5 minutes to have my order taken? Disgusting. But it's on par with this Wendy's. It's always slow. I've just never seen it this bad.
