i hate leaving bad reviews but the past 3 times i’ve been they severely messed up my order, i ask for no cheese, i get cheese. i ask for pickles and ketchup, i do NOT get either😭 im so confused on how you could mess up this badly. the workers seem pretty nice and the inside is fancier, if only they could get my order right, just once. please🥲

I work across the street, and go to this Wendy's occasionally for lunch. I have ordered the saucy nuggets twice in the past and every time they've been sub-par in some way, once there was barely any sauce on them, and the second time they were dry and hard. After the last time I haven't been there in a while, but tonight I decided to give then a try again. I got a 10 piece spicy honey BBQ. The service was fast and the employee who served me at the drive through was pleasant. She had me pull forward to wait for my food and brought it out in just a few minutes. I drove back to my workplace where I began to eat my lunch and the first nugget was fine. The next two though were hard and dried out. I'm the past I had just dealt with it, but this time I thought I'd take then back because it's the third time I was gonna pay for sub-par food.
When I pulled pack into the parking lot, I got out of my car and an employee was standing outside having a break and asked if I needed anything. I told him what was going on and he said "I'm so sorry, let me fix that for you." (I later going it his name is Jay) He even brought me a nugget just to see if it was ok,and it was, so he remade them for me. I'm a manager at the place across the street and I just wanted to acknowledge that he took care of my issue very promptly, and with a really great attitude.
Thank you, Jay! I appreciate you taking care of me.

I pulled up to the Wendy's drive thru at 7:00 PM. They didn't take my order until 7:09, so I was sitting there waiting for somebody to take my order for 9 minutes. I ordered a Baconator combo, a #2, with a medium fry, a 6 piece nugget with honey mustard sauce, and a Large Vanilla Coke with lite ice. The person at the window gave me a regular coke with extra ice it looked like. They then took my money...$17.03, and had me pull my car next to two other vehicles to wait for my order. I sat waiting for my order for 21 minutes. (By the time I got out of there, my clock had just hit 7:21.) Throughout the time of waiting, somebody came to my window and asked me "Did you order the baconator fries and two sandwiches?" I said "no. I ordered a baconator combo with fries and a 6 piece nugget." He said okay and walked away to give that food to whoever ordered it. The truck pulled away. Another employee came out and went to the other car besides mine and handed them a sandwich, fry, and a nugget. I know this, because the employee told the driver to "be careful because the nuggets are hot". Then, a little while later, the employee came out to my car and asked me "Did you order a double and a medium fry?" Seriously people? I just told you what I ordered recently! I repeated myself. I said "no. I ordered a baconator, medium fry, and a six piece nugget with honey mustard sauce." He looked annoyed and told me to hang on. He went back inside. A few minutes later, another employee came out to my car and handed me a bag and said "here you go". I asked for a straw and he got me one. I then left and came home. What was in my bag was a Dave's Double with bacon added to it (it had two patties, one piece of cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions...not a baconator) and a medium fry. No nuggets. No baconator. I paid $17.03 for my order and the only thing they got right was the fries.

Bless their hearts the employees are sweet but often it feels like the slowest Wendy's in America. Not exaggerating, just experienced a 45-min drive thru time on a Friday evening. When I got there there were 5 cars ahead of me. 15 minutes in I got to the order speaker. 7 mins later someone actually took my order at the order speaker. Very difficult to understand him as he spoke 100mph. Eventually we were siphoned off to a parking space then were brought only half our order. I had to get out of the car and flag him down to inform him and request the other half (3 items). Employee noted it but then went in 5 direction. Eventually I had to go in and advocate for the missing items in store. This was a $20 simple order: 1 combo meal, 1 JBcheeseburger, 1 chili, 4 frosties. One very evident problem was that ONE PERSON was working the entire drive thru operation by himself AS WELL AS manning the indoor cash register. I don't know what the 3 other people I saw in the kitchen were doing, they looked very tired.

Typical Wendy's, but whoever is making the food doesn't know how. The last 2 times through the drive-thru, the order has been wrong. Ordered the Asiago chicken club, and I got a plain chicken sandwich with American cheese. I let the 1st time go because mistakes happen. Now that it has happened twice, I have to say something. They are either not training correctly or someone can't read. Looks like they are short-handed, but I am tired of that excuse. It's not my fault they have no employees. Obviously, no one wants to work there for whatever reason. That comes down to the owner and management. Just be sure to double-check your order before you leave.

Amazing time , if you get to meet Jordan. Your blessed . Love the experience, food was amazing , thank you Jordan
Today, I ordered a biggie bag and a frosty. After eating about half of my frosty, I felt something chunky in my frosty. I thought it was ice, but after another spoonful I found a black rubber piece in my frosty about 2" long. I think it's part of an o-ring from the frosty machine. I ingested part of it. I will be talking to an attorney ASAP. I advise you skip this one. I tried calling the number on the receipt, but no one answered. Customer beware.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, asked for no pickles, after I paid was told to pull forward, they would bring the food out. I waited 10 minutes after I paid, no food, had to go in and ask for my food. I was told by James the “manager” that “ it’s been sitting here for a while”. Was not given any apology and was called names, along with a few other rude comments. Plus there were pickles on the sandwich.

Incredibly slow service, 15 minutes to take an order and price for meal was given, to wait at the window and finally be told that my order was never taken. Never had an issue out of this location until today.

Wife just stood there for almost 30 minutes waiting on a small mobile order. The manager of this place needs to get their crap together and make their crews do their jobs, in a timely manner!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but whoever was working today, great job! I thought I heard while being nosey they said there was only two of them there as they were thanking people for being patient (I could be wrong) . But, if there were only two of them, they handled it so well! Very pleasant experience and I never mind waiting if places are short staffed. Knock out job though! Order was correct and fresh, and they were extremely pleasant!
