Every single time I go here if the man with the grey hair isn't there it's absolutely terrible. The meat on the burgers are old and dried out and when I pay $6 for just the burger I expect to be able to eat it. And there won't be a car at all in the driveway thru or parking lot and they say welcome to Wendy's I'll be with u In a minute and u have to wait before ordering then if he's not there it's awful. When he is there he makes sure our food is good but if he's not it's just terrible. I don't like leaving bad reviews but when it keeps on and on happening over and over it's gonna make me not even come there at all.
Now I look at all the other reviews and see 90% of ppl are dissatisfied so the GM isn't doing their job which means the DM isn't either for allowing this to continually happen I don't understand why you would allow this over and over with so many unhappy customers no wonder the place is always empty, and the food is old because they make it and nobody comes to get it for hours and they still serve it too lazy to make more from now on I'm asking for it freshly made or going somewhere else SMH absolutely ridiculous

I would recommend not to go here. They are under staffed. I waited in the drive-through for five minutes at the speaker and then they said one moment and waited another five minutes waited in a parking spot for fifteen minutes before going in confronted them about the order and waited for my food to be made which took another five minutes. This is very unacceptable for being a fast food Franchise 30 minutes for breakfast in a drive through is unacceptable I could have went through McDonalds 10 times in that time with them slammed. The parking lot was empty and the drive through was also only had five cars go through the drive through while I was sitting there!

Always wrong order...no matter what you have to pull to a spot as they never have your food ready. Not fast food at all. Last time they were having employees drive around in circles through the drive through so thst their owner wouldnt see their ticket times being so bad. I had asked as i saw the same cars going around in circles behind me in line as i WAITED per usual. This came from an employees mouth.

Asked for strawberry lemonade, didn’t get that gave us a Fanta orange. Didn’t give us the kids meal juice box. On top of that we waited 20 mins pulled up while people are having a screaming match at the window. This place is shitty and in shambles. Might as well sell and let a better franchise take over. Bc this place is god awful

Back in the ‘80s, Wendy’s put out commercials of old women hollering “Where’s the beef?!” I grew up laughing at the irony… until today. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a more cracker-like burger, especially from a Wendy’s. I hope this location can pull together and improve because all I can truly say right now is “Where’s the beef?!”

Went through the drive through with my husband and service was slow, both at the mic and waiting for the food. Received our order and multiple things were missing/wrong. Expensive salad was a joke and not made right. Food was terrible. Even the prepackaged tortilla strips were stale. I usually try not to be so negative in my reviews but this was an all around terrible experience. We live close and will not be back.

i hate leaving bad reviews but the past 3 times i’ve been they severely messed up my order, i ask for no cheese, i get cheese. i ask for pickles and ketchup, i do NOT get either😭 im so confused on how you could mess up this badly. the workers seem pretty nice and the inside is fancier, if only they could get my order right, just once. please🥲

I work across the street, and go to this Wendy's occasionally for lunch. I have ordered the saucy nuggets twice in the past and every time they've been sub-par in some way, once there was barely any sauce on them, and the second time they were dry and hard. After the last time I haven't been there in a while, but tonight I decided to give then a try again. I got a 10 piece spicy honey BBQ. The service was fast and the employee who served me at the drive through was pleasant. She had me pull forward to wait for my food and brought it out in just a few minutes. I drove back to my workplace where I began to eat my lunch and the first nugget was fine. The next two though were hard and dried out. I'm the past I had just dealt with it, but this time I thought I'd take then back because it's the third time I was gonna pay for sub-par food.

When I pulled pack into the parking lot, I got out of my car and an employee was standing outside having a break and asked if I needed anything. I told him what was going on and he said "I'm so sorry, let me fix that for you." (I later going it his name is Jay) He even brought me a nugget just to see if it was ok,and it was, so he remade them for me. I'm a manager at the place across the street and I just wanted to acknowledge that he took care of my issue very promptly, and with a really great attitude.

Thank you, Jay! I appreciate you taking care of me.

I pulled up to the Wendy's drive thru at 7:00 PM. They didn't take my order until 7:09, so I was sitting there waiting for somebody to take my order for 9 minutes. I ordered a Baconator combo, a #2, with a medium fry, a 6 piece nugget with honey mustard sauce, and a Large Vanilla Coke with lite ice. The person at the window gave me a regular coke with extra ice it looked like. They then took my money...$17.03, and had me pull my car next to two other vehicles to wait for my order. I sat waiting for my order for 21 minutes. (By the time I got out of there, my clock had just hit 7:21.) Throughout the time of waiting, somebody came to my window and asked me "Did you order the baconator fries and two sandwiches?" I said "no. I ordered a baconator combo with fries and a 6 piece nugget." He said okay and walked away to give that food to whoever ordered it. The truck pulled away. Another employee came out and went to the other car besides mine and handed them a sandwich, fry, and a nugget. I know this, because the employee told the driver to "be careful because the nuggets are hot". Then, a little while later, the employee came out to my car and asked me "Did you order a double and a medium fry?" Seriously people? I just told you what I ordered recently! I repeated myself. I said "no. I ordered a baconator, medium fry, and a six piece nugget with honey mustard sauce." He looked annoyed and told me to hang on. He went back inside. A few minutes later, another employee came out to my car and handed me a bag and said "here you go". I asked for a straw and he got me one. I then left and came home. What was in my bag was a Dave's Double with bacon added to it (it had two patties, one piece of cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions...not a baconator) and a medium fry. No nuggets. No baconator. I paid $17.03 for my order and the only thing they got right was the fries.

Bless their hearts the employees are sweet but often it feels like the slowest Wendy's in America. Not exaggerating, just experienced a 45-min drive thru time on a Friday evening. When I got there there were 5 cars ahead of me. 15 minutes in I got to the order speaker. 7 mins later someone actually took my order at the order speaker. Very difficult to understand him as he spoke 100mph. Eventually we were siphoned off to a parking space then were brought only half our order. I had to get out of the car and flag him down to inform him and request the other half (3 items). Employee noted it but then went in 5 direction. Eventually I had to go in and advocate for the missing items in store. This was a $20 simple order: 1 combo meal, 1 JBcheeseburger, 1 chili, 4 frosties. One very evident problem was that ONE PERSON was working the entire drive thru operation by himself AS WELL AS manning the indoor cash register. I don't know what the 3 other people I saw in the kitchen were doing, they looked very tired.
