This Wendy's is known for its great food and good service. Orders are quickly fulfilled, with drive-thru wait times as short as one minute or up to five minutes during busier periods. The staff ensure a pleasant experience. While some visits may be disappointing, many customers have had a 10/10 experience with hot, fresh, and delicious food.
The food is excellent. It is never greasy, always well put together and delicious. The service cannot be beat. Customers go to no other Wendy's. Wendy's is a favorite fast food spot, with the Jr bacon cheeseburger and nuggets being popular choices. The $5 grab bag, which includes a medium drink, burger, nuggets, and fries, is a great deal.
However, there have been some issues with service. On one occasion, the cashier spoke very little English and was unfriendly. They only handled one order at a time and the customer's fries were cold. Another time, the cashier disappeared after the customers ordered a frosty, leaving them unaware that they had not received it. The customer had to wait a long time before finally getting the frosty.
