Me and my wife wanted something new. We love wing cafe on the next exit but never been to wing stop. We go by there before our date we ordered boneless wings, fries, chicken sandwhich, voodoo fries. Every single bite of every item we got was nothing but salt. Everything was overly salty nothing was not salty. You couldn even taste the flavor of the wings because there was so much salt. I’m pissed because I wanted wing stop to be good but this location definitely wasn’t. Do yourself a favor and go to Wing Cafe

Got home with my order, and half of it was missing.. Called and spoke to the manager. Was told that they would remake everything, so what I ordered would be warm.. Got back to the location, and all they gave me was the missing food...
It would have been nice to be told the truth instead of lying and wasting my time..

Horrible management! Bad customer service. Everyone in there is unprofessional and does not care about customer service or experience. They mess up your order every time. And the cashier was more focused on texting and playing on her phone then taking my order. She was very short and rude with all of her mannerisms. Management employees need fired and everyone needs rest staffed.

Quick service, friendly staff, and the flavors are usually great! For a single meal you can get away with a $10 bill for 3 tenders and a basket of fries. Much more value per dollar than any other fast food restaurant.

I’ve never eaten at this location, I’ve only ever been inside to pick up food as I do Uber Eats & Doordash. The lady who was at the register while I was there didn’t even so much as LOOK at me. I was standing right in front of the sign-in sheets for delivery drivers, and this lady took 4 customers’ orders, and handed out 2 or 3 more orders all while I was standing in her face. She was a taller, white, thin woman with a small ponytail wrapped into a bun. Hopefully she wasn’t a manager. I usually don’t leave reviews but this pissed me off.
