The food is absolutely terrible. Worst wings I’ve ever ate in my life, I would honestly rather go back an eat the food served in incarceration before eating at this place again. Wouldn’t refer anyone to go eat here!

Female cashier picked her nose and then decided to NOT wash her hands but touching the fresh roll of paper towels at the employee sink. I called her out on it. She still refused to wash her hands. I say something to the red head mgr. She tells her to wash her hands. She reached up and used a little sanitizer. When the cashier saw me watching her, she told me to stop looking at her. While I was leaving the store, she walked outside and called her mom to come beat me up. I didn't stick around for her. I will not be returning to that store. Sad cause it was my favorite!

We ordered 3 orders of 30 bone in wings to go the wait was reasonable for the size of the order but they kept and made sure I comfortable and apologized for the wait which I had no problem with very professional and pleasant I will drive the extra miles to come to this Wingstop The Cajun was amazing and as the pepper lemon and of course the Louisiana rub

I went here spent 10 minutes in line while this White Male Tossed fries over taking my order. Then as i was walking out a young female under 18 walks in and he stops what he’s doing to take her order. Don’t waste your gas and money coming here.

This first time visiting the wing stop and walking in I was not impressed. But my 10yr old really wanted to try their food. Walking in it was two people waiting for their order the look on their faces said didn't look pleasant. But we ordered two meals the place wasn't busy at all but we ended up waiting 45 minutes. And the chicken just wasn't hitting the spot 😕 😐
Drove to this location to participate in free sandwich with purchase. Never eaten here before & thought I would try you. I usually eat at Popeyes. I entered FREESAMMY code into app & app said "promo code is not valid." Showed it to manager @ 6:15 pm (11/10/23) & he told me he doesn't have a code for that & there is nothing he can do. So I wasted my evening giving you a shot. Absolutely horrible experience.

So good. This was the first time I went to a Wing-stop and it did not let down.
Did not receive drink that came with the combo, fries were cold and limp and chicken was fried hard. I had a great experience at a Wingstop in Fl, but this location has poor customer service. I tried calling but to no avail could not speak to anyone and was placed immediately on hold when someone did answer. After reading the reviews I understand. I wish I had read them before ordering. Will not be ordering again from this location.

This place struggles to even be an establishment that serves food. No matter the time you are met with at least a wait of 30 minutes for food. When you do get your food, you better check it. I would gamble large denominations of cash that you will have at least one item missing. If it's a small order it may all be there, but will more than likely be incorrect and cold. After this weekend this will be my family's last time spending any money at this location. Employees are absolute trash and act like they don't even know what a customer experience is. I hope that the upper leadership of this establishment reads these reviews and hangs their heads in embarrassment. Please stop giving this place your money so that they have to leave and hopefully something better is put in its place. I never thought I could dislike a place more than McDonald's. Congratulations.
