Best little hometown restaurant! The community is at a great loss for this closure!

Home cooking like your grandmother used to make 40 years ago. They are open late Thursday night & usually packed, but even if the line is out the door, you are only looking at about 15 minutes & it's well worth it. Great entree selections to choose from & usually about 10 vegetables, salads & awesome deserts! If you have never been, YOU HAVE TO GO! Check their hours, but I believe the open before typical lunch hour & close at 3pm & ion THURSDAY NIGHT to above 7:30pm. Check to be sure but it's the only NIGHT they are open, but YOU GOTTA GO & SOON!
Food was great! Been closed since jan 2021.Hope They open back up soon, everyone misses the food & great staff!
Best cafeteria in America! The food is to die for... best fried okra (as good as mom made it!), mashed potatoes, lima beans, all veggies! Hubby loves the pork tenderloin, granddaughter loved the spaghetti ? I love the chocolate pie & banana pudding! Rarely missed a Thursday night... it’s a tradition that my parents loved for many many years! Miss it so much... please come back!
Over priced but decent food
I saw the pics of this place seemingly open after dark, ive never known that to happen unless it was a special event that was being catered, if this place would just stay open for about 4-5 hrs longer in the day, i know they could double their income and serve a lot more folks

Excellent home cooked food and friendly staff. Some of the best turnips I have ever had. All food was very tasty.
