Terrible Terrible Terrible!! I ordered through the drive thru yesterday evening. The bottom bun was rock hard. Part of the top bun was as well. I had to take the chicken out. It's like it was microwaved. Hands down the worst Zaxby's I've been to.Thank goodness the French Fries were good. That's how they got the one star.

I would rather drive 50miles to another Zaxby's -vs- ordering food from this particular location(Clinton Hwy). The last 2x my family has gone through drive-thru, our food has been cold and their employees are foul-mouthed & disrespectful! I live 30sec away from Zaxby's and our food is ALWAYS cold or our order is incorrect. I have never had a bad experience at any other Zaxby's until ordering at this location. Employee pitched a fit when I kindly asked them over the phone to replace 2 items we ordered due to one meal being cold and an order of raw potato chips.

I asked for extra sauce and open my bag to find zero! Very frustrating! I always feel like I’m an inconvenience to the people on night shift. If you want a good experience I recommend visiting only at lunch time!

They're dying in hours say they close at 10:00 it's 901 doors locked employees are inside. Clinton highway location used to be pretty reliable now Zaxby's totally is going to pot. I understand you want to go home and you want your dining room to be clean I also understand that you may be understaffed but if that is the case inform your customers whar the real hours are!
