Just went to the Clinton Highway Zaxby's there was a cup at the drive-up window says tips. I think that was so tacky
Lazy bad service. Don’t bother ordering online they don’t know how to do it anyways. You can’t pick up a mobile order in the drive thru which is pointless because the food is already paid for they just have to hand it off, but no. Then even though you helped them by ordering online 15 mins ahead of time, it’s like they don’t know anything about mobile orders so it wasn’t ready or even started. Just bad service in general.

Positives: nice staff, resturant was clean. Negative: Food was not fresh because it first appeared to be already been standing for a while. When attempting to eat the temperature of the food was room temperature. Unfortunately I could finish the meal because it was that bad.
