The past few times I have went through they have been closed due to staffing. I normally would not have an issue with this however I placed a mobile order for pickup and I live 2 hours away so I can’t just come when they do have enough people to keep the store open. I was very upset when I was told I’d have to wait for approval on a ticket they have to submit for a refund on something I never received and that I may not get my money back. the man that waited on us was super nice. my husband had chicken wings. And they were good. 😊
