Most of the people here at Taco Bell or nice your service is good the atmosphere is good but your food man there's just not enough meat on them burritos you get piles of lettuce piles of cheese Pals and beans and two pieces a little bitty pieces of meat. The only thing I really like is a senior discount that I get.

So the morning shift people need to pull themselves together the past few mornings I've gotten crunchwraps they have not been wrapped properly and this one had tear holes in it! You can't mess up a crunch wrap more than that. Please do not send out tore up, half wrapped crunchwraps to people. I love getting food in the afternoon though I have no problem.

I have many things to say about this establishment and none are positive. I have lived in Lafayette for as long as I can remember and have not felt welcomed at this Taco Bell location since the beginning of this year. 2023 to be exact.I used to come here at least three times a week, now I go to the Carthage location, a much better and friendlier Taco Bell.I felt inclined to write this review because the change in management has destroyed the hospitality I used to receive here. I used to be greeted by friendly, happy, and kind employees. Now when I come into the store everyone treats me like garbage. They ignored me for fifteen minutes the other day because they were outside goofing off. Not only were they goofing off, I seen them smoking. I could smell it. I know what it smells like, I used to work for the jail in town.I wish everyone in this Taco Bell location would look towards Christ in these times for guidance in a better direction, they all seem so lost and angry at the wrong person. They take out their anger and frustrations upon the customers when they should be asking themselves, "what would Jesus want for me to learn from this experience? How can I further my life and prosper? Is this the behavior of faith? or is this the behavior of a sinner?". I touched on this because I witnessed one of the chubbier women bad mouthing a customer, as well as raising her voice. She was visibly upset. Instead of taking a moment to talk things through with a customer, she was hateful. They ended up walking away. I stopped them as I was walking out and talked with them. The customer and I both agreed that she should have been kinder. The customer said it was his last time coming here because of how frustrated the woman there always is. This is not the first time he experienced hostility from her. He said in the past she would cut him off on the midst of his sentence, and speak for him. A real know it all, without knowing how hurtful she is.Now moving past all of this, I would also like to bring up the fact that the lobby is always dirty. I went to the bathroom there on my last trip in and the men's restroom had poop on the seat. I told one of the girls working lobby and she rolled her eyes and said, "I'm already busy, I'll get it later.". Minutes passed by and the bathroom was never cleaned. I was very disappointed and upset.
