Customer service today was poor. They do Not offer first responders discount, MILITARY ONLY. The worker in drive thru didn’t have a name tag on and was not on receipt. I hate for all of the workers at Arbys to get a bad review based on that one individual however I have no way of knowing her name. She definitely needs to learn some customer service skills!

Not only did my food suck, and was cold. You can’t even pay for your food in the drive through if you are paying a with a card. Don’t waste your time at this location if you are wanting Arby’s.
