Yesterday late afternoon, Dave's single with cheese was prepared with excellence. As usual the French Fries were nothing short of amazingly delicious. Every order prepared for a drive thru pickup was exceptional.
I eat there all the time and they always get orders right 👍 and are polite and food is always good 😊, I recommend it to everyone, food is fresh and I really enjoy stopping by,my #1 Burger place in Lafollette TN, morning 🌅 or evening 🌆 shifts does matter always good 👍😊.
The only thing good about the food 🥝 I received was the crackers for my chili. The rest was blan, mediocre tasting, and cold. This is the third time and last time I'll visit this Wendy's. I don't know what's in the water here in Jacksboro but the kids are definitely not alright here and it reflects in their service, attitude, and work ethic.

Wendy's is a casual restaurant with a friendly and clean atmosphere. While there have been some issues with order accuracy, the staff, especially those in the front, are known for their great personalities and customer service. The menu features popular items like the Ghost Burger, which is a little spicy but highly recommended, and the Baconator and nuggets. The restaurant has limited parking and is wheelchair accessible, but it can be challenging to navigate during busy periods. Some customers have reported that burger patties are sometimes overcooked, while others have experienced issues with incorrect orders, such as receiving a single instead of a double. The fries and classic items are generally fine, but there have been complaints about the Panko Fish being overcooked. Overall, Wendy's provides a typical fast-food experience with some notable highlights, though there are areas for improvement.
